Located on the Cayuga Wine Trail and 8 miles to the Seneca Wine Trail. Travel down a long gravel driveway to a modern cottage hidden back in the trees. Enjoy peaceful campfires, relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine, or watch Netflix and Disney plus on the 50â smart tv. There are also board games, crossword puzzles, and card games at the cottage if you prefer to stay in. Beautiful open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. Kitchen features a coffee bar with a Keurig and complimentary k-cups(coffee, decaf, cocoa, and tea) along with sugar, sugar substitutes, sugar free flavors, and creamers to make your favorite cup of joe.
The cottage has a well, because it is so far back from the road, so once in a while there may be some smell from the water. We do use special water filters so the water is good to drink, cook, and bathe in. We have a Brita water filtration pitcher and bottled water if guests prefer.
For the wine and beer enthusiasts you could stay for weeks and still not manage to visit all the wide array of wineries and breweries in the area! Donât worry though, we are taking the liberty of providing a detailed list for you at the cottage.
There are plenty of activities to do in the area too. Located on the Cayuga snow mobile trail if guests want to bring their sleds with them to ride. Sheldrake and Deans Cove public boat launches are minutes away for boating enthusiasts. Boat rentals are available in the area. Taughannak Falls and Seneca State Park offer hiking trails and beach swimming. Sampson State Park has miles of bike paths to enjoy. There are also many golf courses in the area. Deer Haven Park offers tours to observe the biggest herd of white deer around protected by 24 miles of fencing.
Other area attractions within an hour of the cottage include Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, Greek Peak Indoor Water Park, Watkins Glen International Raceway, Cayuga Lake Boat Cruises, Museum of the Earth, Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall, and the Del Lago Casino.

Cloud Wine was exactly what we needed for our Finger Lakes vacation. The location was great - situated enough away from the neighbors to feel private while also being very accessible to wine trails and hiking areas. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and the hot tub was wonderful! The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear, and we had no issues with the house. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Finger Lakes cottage! The space was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was great for exploring the Finger Lakes, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I was so very happy to see how clean this house was! The host was very good at communicating and made for a smooth check in and check out process. The hot tub was a great addition and very clean as well! The host also left recommendations for food and drinks and the house was in a prime location for all the spots that I wanted to go to! I definitely recommend this house and hope to be back in the future! (:

The cottage was as advertised or better. Location was excellent for our activity plans (hiking,wine tasting and kayaking). What truly set this Vrbo rental apart from other excellent hosts weâve had in the past is the thorough thought that went into all the details. So many pleasant surprises with house amenities indicates to us that Mandy and Greg are incredibly thoughtful hosts that take pride in their cottage and want you to have a relaxing stay there.

Cloud Wine Cottage was an excellent place to stay while visiting the Finder Lakes. The cottage had everything you could possibly want. Great location, charming cottage and extremely clean and comfortable.

A lovely forest retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The driveway might be easy to pass, but it's nice to be a little hidden from the road. Amenities are excellent, as described. Wonderful state park nearby with beautiful falls

We loved our stay at Cloud Wine! It was very close to many wineries which was a huge plus! It was cozy and comfy! We will definitely book again!

Amanda was great as a host. She always responded to my messages. House was clean and cute with plenty of wineryâs near by. Nice to unwind in hot tub after long day out. If bringing bigger boat very hard to turn and move. Should have asked space parking before hand. Only one tv in living room but if busy, then donât need. Also if you want to make sâmores bring sticks for them. Overall pleasant weekend in cloud wine cottage.

Regarding the TV, we intentionally have just one TV in the living room because we want Cloud Wine Cottage to be a place where guests can unplug, relax, and spend time together rather than feeling like they need a TV in every room. Such a cozy little cottage that was perfect for a quiet girls weekend. Amanda went above and beyond when we faced an issue due to the elements, completely outside of anyoneâs control. I would absolutely recommend a stay here, and hope to come back again sometime!

It was fantastic place. Very clean and welcoming. One thing would be to add additional filtraition tonhelpbith smell of sulfur water in bathroom. Very very strong! Orher minor thing is fix hot tub cover. The cocer bar to assist with removing and covering is either broke or very loose on one side. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and surrounding area. Thank you!

We are sorry the water smell bothered you during your stay. We have already paid for a whole home water filtration system with reverse osmosis through Culligan. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do. The cottage is far back from the road, so it can be secluded, which means we will always have well water.

Anniversary getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It made for the perfect location between the lakes! So much to do in the area and the perfect quiet retreat in the evenings!

We have been together since freshman year in high school, married soon after, and have three amazing sons. We both enjoy visiting the Finger Lakes are and have stayed at many rental properties and loved the experience. We decided we wanted to provide the same great experiences for others, so we purchased the cottage and added our personal touch. We hope you enjoy Cloud Wine Cottage as much as we do!

It was love at first site. The location is secluded, but still close to all of the places we love to visit. The cottage charm makes us feel at home when we are there.
