Ce condo OCEAN-FRONT a deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer une semaine à la côte. La vue depuis la chambre avant est incroyable. Profitez de soirées confortables au coin du feu ou détendez-vous sur votre terrasse privée surplombant la plage de sable en contrebas. Le bruit des vagues et de longues promenades sur la plage attendent votre arrivée dans la belle San Simeon. Visitez Hearst Castle ou admirez la vue sur la côte de Big Sur, c'est la base idéale pour explorer la côte centrale.

Cette maison ne peut être louée qu'une seule fois par mois, alors VEUILLEZ NOTER qu'il y a 1 SEMAINE MINIMUM en basse saison et 2 SEMAINES MINIMUM en haute saison !! Cette maison n'est pas allergique aux animaux.

Excellent beautiful location

Excellent stay in San Simeon. The condo is right on the water. You can hear the waves crashing at night. The place was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only complaints we have is having to use a key and a front door that auto locks and not having a code to unlock the door. We locked ourselves out one time. Also we arrived at night and trying to figure out how to get through the doors/garage to the actual unit was confusing. And lastly, the lighting in the common area is terrible. We would love to come back, but as funny as it sounds, I’d bring a lamp or two. Despite the minor critiques, we would love to stay here again.

No shampoos and conditioners

The property is in a good condition but there were no shampoos and conditioners so we had to get them in near by minimart. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great location

Loved the views, sound of the ocean, location and convenience. It was very comfortable and nice furnishings. They need a new sliding door to the patio (very hard to open) and there were mice scratching in the front bedroom at night😳. The toilet was was not secure to the floor in the front bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this location twice and we love it. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. It is 10 minutes from Cambria. Excellent location for long walks and enjoying a book on the deck. The beach is not very easy to walk down to so I you have it mostly to yourself . Would recommend for adults it isn’t super child friendly as it’s a bit of a climb down to the beach.

The only downside of the visit was that the wind prevented us from using the deck. But the views from the large windows made up for the deck.

Perfect rental!

I would say our stay on this property was fantastic! #1 was the response and concern of the property manager, Jackie! We had the internet go down and she tried to find a solution on the phone but when that did not work, she came to the property and fixed it! That meant a lot to us! The property is located on cliffs above the Pacific! It had a 180 degree view of the ocean! This property is a 4 plex - I never heard the neighbors! The rooms and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked! We did not eat out and cooked all meals on the property. I definitely recommend this property. It is very close to Hearst Castle.

Comfortable and great views

This 2 bd 2 ba condo has everything needed to comfortably house a couple with two additional people. The Master bd has a queen sized bed and attached bathroom. The other room has 2 single beds, and there is a bathroom in the hall. The kitchen, living and dining areas are very nice and the view of the ocean is unbeatable. The unit we stayed in was on the second floor and had a deck with a bbq, on a small bluff above the beach. We had no issues and found everything to be in good working order and were very satisfied with the two nights we spent there. I would go back.

The queen bed was very comfortable. With the sound of the waves breaking. You sleep like a baby! Last but not least. The deck was awesome. Having coffee, looking out at the ocean in the morning. We had beautiful sunny days while we were there also. Just one issue that we had. We wanted to watch the 49er game Sunday night. The streaming system wasn't working on the t.v. But still I would highly recommend this place

A spectacular property with a stunning oceanfront view. Home was updated and very clean.

It would be nice to let renters know that the beach access is down a steep, unpathed route. There are no stairs. That made getting things to and from challenging for an oceanfront home. Stairs would certainly be nice. It would also be helpful to let people know there is a Q pullout sofa, so actually, it can sleep 6.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable week-long visit. Clean and comfortable upper unit w/un-obstructed ocean view. Entrance a little awkward for transfering luggage etc. to and from unit via two locked corridor doors leading to staircase,but no more so than a hotel I suppose.First impression of this entance was less than impressive though as it was somewhat dirty(bugs/cobwebs) An Association issue perhaps.Patios for BBQ etc are located off this corridor and rather inconvienient for this purpose.Great visit overall though.

Great views from deck

This is a great place for oceanfront lodging. We have stayed at most of the motels in San Simeon, and this is the best place we have stayed by far. There are some items that we would suggest to make it even better. 1. Provide some cover, like an umbrella for the deck. The sun can get hot on a summer afternoon. 2. Fix the patio sliding door, it’s very difficult to open and close. 3. While not sure if anything can be done about this, but the cable and internet service was not good. It would regularly slow down, and multiple TV channels would go dark. It’s probably the cable provider, but be aware. Overall, great place, loved it, and we will be back in the future. Also, we left a special gift with your otter.

Coming from a hot landlocked place like Arizona, it goes without saying that this place blew us away with the proximity to the water and the constant smells, sights and sounds of the nearby ocean. While the pictures do give the view some justice, you can't underestimate how fantastic the deck scene is whether watching the marine layer come in or the amazing sunsets.The inside was exactly what we needed from the updated kitchen, washer and dryer and the comfort of the indoor fireplace. We brought a toddler, so the ability to walk to the beach to play in the sand was perfect. The smart tv was also a plus, as it was really easy to sign into the streaming sites that we enjoy.We appreciated the service from Breen and they really helped us when we left behind our child's favorite stuffed animal. We had heard about the wine tasting in the region, elephant seals and Hearst Castle, which were as good as advertised, but my wife fell in love with Cambria and the friendly people and shops along the main street.
