Clubhouse Amenities: The Spa and Salon, Coast Restaurant, fitness center, game room, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, and Gulfside Bar & Grill. Men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, saunas, and steam rooms are also available. A fee of $48/day applies and is payable at the Clubhouse.
Parking Fee: A registration fee of $40 per vehicle per stay is added for up to 2 vehicles.
Parking Restrictions: RVs, campers (including Sprinter vans with hookups), boats, jet skis, off-road vehicles, and any vehicle deemed too large for a parking space by Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team are prohibited.

***The Catalina building is undergoing an extensive construction project involving the north-facing walls of the hallways. Significant noise will be present Monday through Friday through the end of February 2025. Large construction equipment will also make the far east side of the parking lot inaccessible. ***
