Welcome to Wade West - A bright, spacious, two-story entire duplex minutes from Okanagan Lake & downtown Penticton. Wade West has something to offer all its visitors - starting with super hosts that are determined to ensure a comfortable, memorable & clean stay. The space has been designed to feel like your home away from home & with the traveler experience in mind.
The space
Bright, spacious, clean home minutes from Okanagan lake & downtown Penticton. The space includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 laundry rooms, a fully fenced yard, a balcony and private free parking.
The layout of the house is an up/down duplex; upstairs #201 & downstairs #101. Both have the exact same layout & comfortably house 6 guests per unit. The yard downstairs has been designed as the most common area that would be comfortable to gather as 12 together all at once.
Upstairs: Primary bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, living room pull out couch has a full size memory pull out bed. 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room & balcony.
Downstairs: both bedrooms have king size beds and in the living room a pull out trundle sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room & fully fenced yard.
A/C & heating on both levels - an absolute must in any Okanagan season! (different controls for each level).
Pets will be accepted upon request, there will be an extra $75 cleaning fee charged.
We guarantee a professionally cleaned & sanitized space every time.

Is the yard fully fenced? Yes. The only access to the yard is from the downstairs patio doors, there is no gate (designed to keep pets & kids safe from the street).

3-4 car parking driveway located at the back of the property and lots of free street parking on side streets surrounding the house.
Penticton does not have Uber yet; but a few 24'7 taxi companies.
There is bus stops directly across from the house & more within walking distance.
You are minutes from downtown Penticton, truly the best location to experience everything Penticton has to offer. Most things from you (Penticton Channel, downtown shopping, wineries, restaurants, yoga studios, KVR trail, breweries, etc.) are within a 10 minute walk. We are a 2 minute walk from Cascades Casino, Penticton Trade & Convention Centre, South Okanagan Events Centre & the Penticton Community Centre.
Quiet safe family neighborhood, you are in-between two other duplexes & this is why we ask if you plan to have a louder gathering/party to let us know so we can give the neighbors a heads up.
Other things to note
Smoking only allowed outdoors, ashtrays provided.
Quiet time from 11pm-8am.
Parties/Gatherings MUST be approved.
