8 Virginia Ave- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Located in the northern part of Rehoboth Beach, 8 Virginia Avenue is an ocean block vacation rental ready to welcome guests to the Delaware Beaches. Sitting just steps from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, this rental home features a total of five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. An inverted living set up sees all but one bedroom on the entry level of the home, as well as three of the bathrooms. On the second floor, guests will find the spacious living and dining area which flows out from the kitchen. There is space for everyone to enjoy at this well-cared home, including in the enclosed screen porch on the front of the house, which offers views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is off-street parking for five cars. This is a non smoking home.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $293.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. Property was clean and open. Second floor sunroom has a nice view of the ocean. Booking and check in was very easy. Agent was very helpful and responded to emails quickly.

Great rental

We've enjoyed stays at this location several times. We were happy with the recent upgrades including new beds and mattresses in some rooms. The home is clean with all of the amenities one could ask for. The location is wonderful for walking downtown. We didn't have great weather this year but we were able to enjoy the views of the storm from the second floor glassed-in porch.

Great house and great location

In for the running festival, the space and layout of the house were absolutely perfect for a group of friends. The location right off of the boardwalk and on the race course was great. The ocean views were a bonus! We had a very enjoyable weekend.

The house desperately needs a deep cleaning. If that was done I would have given a 4 or 5 star but it was very dirty and the cleaning crew who came out to clean the bathroom that had the clogged toilet upon arrival agreed that they need some time in there to get things cleaned properly.

great location

easy check in. great location. thats about it. only a quarter roll of toilet paper in one bathroom, no paper in other bathrooms. No hand soap pumps in any bathroom, just the kitchen sink. Some of the paint looks like a childs attempt. Front door wasnt opened when painted so untidy when you open the door. moulding as you walk up the steps terrible paint job. wallpaper coming apart at the seams, only used the master bath so no comments on the others besides above. mold growing in the faucet to the shower and the door frame entering the bathroom. didnt look at the property from a critical eye so the above was very obvious. also obvious is the property is viewed by the owner as a cash flow property and not very well maintained. cheers!

Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the shower, supplies, and maintenance issues are taken seriously. I truly regret that these oversights affected your stay. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for every guest, and it's disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience. Please keep in mind that we highlight in all of our communications to guest prior to arrival as well as in the lease sent for your signature that consumable products such as soap, paper products and the like are the sole responsibility of each guest. Since reading your review, we've already begun addressing the issues you highlighted. This includes retraining our cleaning team of areas that need their attention such as the mold in the faucet, suggesting to the owner that painting and wallpaper fixes should be addressed, and . Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed with the unit this year particularly since there was a significant increase in the rent and cleaning was added to my cost.I have tented this house for at least 15 years so I know it well. I repeatedly mentioned the poor quality of the mattresses and issues with the kitchen equipment. Those things are fundamental and should have priority over esthetics. Clearly, that was not the case this year.

With so many bedrooms, bathrooms it gives us plenty of space. Love sitting in the sunroom with the ocean view. Great living, kitchen and dining room layout. We look forward to staying here each year.

From the very beginning to the end, my experience was wonderful. My agent, Bill from Coldwell Banker was easy to deal with and patient with my many questions and emails. Our stay at 8 Virginia Ave was wonderful. The house was clean and we loved everything about our stay. I am looking forward to many more vacations there.
