The house was very clean, and we added the linen service. Beautiful view of the ocean from the sunroom. Highly recommend. The only downside was construction next door during our stay.

Great Beach house!

Great beach house! Perfect location! Short walk to the beach and town! The open floor plan was great with toddlers! The kitchen was nice could use updated cookware. The bedrooms with the walk in showers and tubs were great. The other 2 bathrooms were nice but could be updated. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the beach. There was plenty of seating for all of us and we didn't feel crowded. Overall it was one of the best houses that we have rented in Rehobeth in the last 30 years! Great place and we will be back next year!

Great house and great location

In for the running festival, the space and layout of the house were absolutely perfect for a group of friends. The location right off of the boardwalk and on the race course was great. The ocean views were a bonus! We had a very enjoyable weekend.

Great rental

We've enjoyed stays at this location several times. We were happy with the recent upgrades including new beds and mattresses in some rooms. The home is clean with all of the amenities one could ask for. The location is wonderful for walking downtown. We didn't have great weather this year but we were able to enjoy the views of the storm from the second floor glassed-in porch.

Family reunion at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach with all our gear and for our little ones to go back in the evening to fly kites and look for shells. The house was well appointed with everything we needed to make home cooked meals and enjoy the screened in porch for ocean viewing😎.

6/10 Satisfaisant

8 Virginia Avenue

The house desperately needs a deep cleaning. If that was done I would have given a 4 or 5 star but it was very dirty and the cleaning crew who came out to clean the bathroom that had the clogged toilet upon arrival agreed that they need some time in there to get things cleaned properly.

great location

easy check in. great location. thats about it. only a quarter roll of toilet paper in one bathroom, no paper in other bathrooms. No hand soap pumps in any bathroom, just the kitchen sink. Some of the paint looks like a childs attempt. Front door wasnt opened when painted so untidy when you open the door. moulding as you walk up the steps terrible paint job. wallpaper coming apart at the seams, only used the master bath so no comments on the others besides above. mold growing in the faucet to the shower and the door frame entering the bathroom. didnt look at the property from a critical eye so the above was very obvious. also obvious is the property is viewed by the owner as a cash flow property and not very well maintained. cheers!

Hi Peter: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I'm glad to hear the check-in process was smooth and that you enjoyed the location, I'm genuinely sorry to learn that the rest of your experience fell short of expectations. Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the shower, supplies, and maintenance issues are taken seriously. I truly regret that these oversights affected your stay. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for every guest, and it's disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience. Please keep in mind that we highlight in all of our communications to guest prior to arrival as well as in the lease sent for your signature that consumable products such as soap, paper products and the like are the sole responsibility of each guest. Since reading your review, we've already begun addressing the issues you highlighted. This includes retraining our cleaning team of areas that need their attention such as the mold in the faucet, suggesting to the owner that painting and wallpaper fixes should be addressed, and . Your feedback helps us improve, and I appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We’re committed to doing better moving forward. In spite of all these issues that you encountered, we sincerely hope that you had a chance to enjoy your birthday weekend in Rehoboth. Again, happy birthday and wishing many more wherever your travels may take you. Coldwell Banker Premier Rental Team
