Whether you’re visiting for a relaxing vacation or to immerse yourself in the endless outdoor adventure, you will love this spectacular mountain getaway.

The open concept well equipped kitchen showcases gorgeous quartz counters with 4 barstools, brand new stainless steel appliances, kitchenware essentials (crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), stocked pantry, platters, and so much more!

Turn on the cozy gas fireplace and relax in the spacious light-filled living room either watching the 50” smart TV or gazing outside through the floor to ceiling windows. You’ll love the comfortable couch that can convert into a queen size sofa sleeper with upgraded mattress for extra comfort (bedding provided).

The designer bedroom exudes comfort + functionality through its upgraded king size bed featuring lights on each side, large windows providing natural light, extra storage at the base of the bed, and a walk-in closet with an abundance of hangers.

Enjoy meals outside on the ground level private patio (grill coming end of January) or just sit back and take in the fresh mountain air. If it’s a little chilly, walk about 25 steps to the luxurious community hot tub for added relaxation. River West is a new luxury development that brings Mountain Modern design to the Heart of Summit County.

Holiday Stay In Summit County

We had a great time playing in the mountains and our accommodations were excellent. The condo is very cute and cozy and well stocked with all the kitchen equipment you will need and even some extras. The king size bed was very comfortable and the fireplace really warms the place up. We would definitely recommend a stay here for easy access to all the ski resorts, activities and restaurants in Summit County.

Great place to stay for a ski trip. Ez access to I70 . New furnishings and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Be aware it's still a construction zone in spring 22 . No problem when you are out and about.

The condo was quiet and perfect for a family of four. The condo was on ground level which made it easy to unload and load the car. We had a great time in the area and this place was perfect location to enjoy summit county.

One of the best place to stay in silverthorne.. its very near to keystone. It only takes 2 to 3 miles to get onto keystone snowboard. I would recommend this house 100%

It was perfect!

Definitely one of the cleanest and most well stocked vacation homes I stayed. Wi-Fi was great, Netflix and Disney plus was ready to use in the TV. Keurig coffee maker was stocked with pods(my favorite part). Awesome appliances and even detergent for the washer. Soap, shampoo and hair dryer too. The host really thought of everything and even checked to make sure we got in okay. Location is also so close to everything. It couldn’t have been better.
