You need to experience the “New Silverthorne”: a revamped downtown area, exciting new shops and dining options, and beautiful new lodging choices like this fantastic condo overlooking the Blue River! All of Summit County’s great ski areas are a short drive away, and in the summers, there’s fishing, golf, and the Dillon Reservoir all nearby. This place is a fantastic choice for your group!

Après Shores Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is set up for relaxing with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. Or step out onto the patio to take in the mountain views and sounds of the river! The beautiful modern kitchen features large quartz counters, a gas range, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, gas bbq grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Lovely and well stocked place.

Very nice apartment with a well stocked kitchen, living area, beds and baths, etc. Not really an easily walkable area, but still close to everything.

Copper Mountain Stay

The property was super clean and a great stay for my friends and I! Loved the view of the river and was about 15 minutes from Copper mountain for us. Parking is easy, just an fyi the entrance is easy to miss at night so just slow down a little and you’ll see it. 10/10 would visit again!

Great Option for Skiing

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! I believe we were only the 2nd guests here, so there were still some construction punch-list items that we could see taped/identified around the unit, but those did not hinder our stay at all. Additionally, it was a little confusing to find the Turn into the property, simply because it still looked like a construction zone, but I know that that will all resolve as the rest of this community is finished. Overall it was very comfortable, close to all the ski resorts, and we would absolutely stay here again either Winter or Summer!

Mountain Adventure

The condo itself is beautiful! It had everything that we needed! We loved the river and location! The bummer was that the airflow was blocked by the big carport in-front of the condo. With the unit being ground level we were thinking that it would cool off fast bc of the breeze we’d get off the river, but bc the carport is right in front of the unit it blocked all wind! It didn’t cool off at all and was quite miserable in the evenings and at bedtime. We went and bought 3 fans to help with airflow while we there. The other bummer: we stayed 10 nights, packed pretty light thinking we would be able to do laundry while there. Night 2 I went to do laundry and the washing machine didn’t work. I contacted the management who said they would send someone out the next day. I was thankful for that! They did send someone out however the management company never contacted me again to let me know they had come out or to let me know when the washing machine would be fixed. Only when I reached back out to them, did they inform me that the washing machine was not fixed and they did not know when it would be. They said they were having to have someone else come out to look at it. This was a huge inconvenience! We had to go to the laundromat to do laundry, instead of being able to do it at the condo that we paid for. If we were just staying a couple of days, it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the fact that we were staying so long made it huge inconvenience.
