Relax in nature in this beautiful tri-story Texoma family style getaway with spacious decks, circle driveway and neighborhood lake launch.
Witness the sunrise through the east facing wall of glass to energize your day ahead.
Breathe in fresh lake air while enjoying the outdoor fire pit, grilling dinner for family/friends, or seeking refuge from the weather under the large covered deck.
Nightfall brings stargazing on the 2nd story deck while game players can let loose in the unfinished basement featuring foosball, stand up arcade video game, movie watching area with built in speakers, and queen futon for overflow.
During quiet hours send the kiddos to the cozy 3rd floor loft featuring a private half bath with full/twin bunk and media area to keep them busy and out from underfoot.
Dinner time is frustration free in the well equipped kitchen including most of the kitchen gadgets needed to prepare a delicious meal for any occasion.

Great place that’s very convenient to a great launch ramp with a solid courtesy dock on Lake Texoma. This neighborhood is great but the properties are fairly small. We were able to park a full size truck and about a 28’ trailer which isn’t always possible in the area. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in your home. It was perfect. You had so many cooking utensils and pans that made cooking so easy. Your home had comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and the deck was amazing. It was a great place to sit and have coffee in the mornings.

Great time!

Finding this home was a gift! We attended at College football game in Sherman and turned the trip into a full weekend. The house was perfect: clean, cool, cozy beds and full kitchen, games, and outdoor space was excellent! Rented a boat from lighthouse for a day on the lake. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere.loved seeing animals (deer, rabbits, & light bugs). Haven't seen ligjt bugs in probably over 30 years. City life doesn't give us chance to see wildlife. House had everything we needed for cooking. Gaming room was great. Would say another shower is needed

The Perfect Getaway!

This cabin was awesome, and we had the best time during our stay! It had everything we needed, and more! The hosts were quick to respond with answers to questions and were super helpful. Highly recommend and we definitely plan to come back!

Great for Families

We enjoyed outdoor sitting areas, the fire pit is nice, multiple games available for all ages in the game room, open area was fantastic between the kitchen and family room. We had a lot of family laughs, memories, and fantastic meals at this location. S’more‘s were fantastic and parking was ample for our sea Dos. We weren’t too far from the water and could launch as needed. We made really good memories here for our summer vacation.

Wonderful/relaxing place for our family of 8

This was perfect for our young family of 8. Having access to a washer and dryer, plus the fully stocked kitchen was awesome. The games were heavily used each evening. Quick access to a grocery store and lake Texoma was an added bonus. We were there to visit family but squeezed some extra time on the lake. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Resort-style treehouse!

Nestled in the trees, this place has it all! Well equipped and beautifully decorated, it gives a resort feel. The loft bed with half bath added privacy for a 3rd adult. We used the community boat ramp just a few minutes away ($10 a day) with no wait time. The recommended Bay on the Lake restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Enjoyed the game room with huge assortment of games and nostalgic Atari video game as well. Outside fireplace was relaxing but you definitely need mosquito repellent! Highly recommend this place!

Just spectacular

We loved our stay while our home was being remodeled we stayed for a month. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. My husband and son have enjoyed fishing and the wild life we have seen deer and a fox. They have caught fish and ultimately enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable staying there. We are so happy to have been blessed with such a wonderful home to stay in. This house is better then the pictures and worth the stay. We will be back l.

The Best Christmas stay ever.

The Cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed for the family. It was beautiful,and had a lot of nice features. We Loved our stay and We Loved how Kevin Always communicated with us and we would Love to come back for another vacation, or holiday.

OUR THANKSGIVING GETAWAY

This property is AMAZING! We had a wonderful getaway! This cabin is BEAUTIFUL and EVERYTHING we needed and more was onsite! The firepit was ready to go and the cabin is stocked with everything except food and your clothing! Its quiet and the decks are awesome for sitting out side and looking at the lake. We had coffee on the deck the morning we were leaving and a momma deer and her babies walked up! Amazing memories! I have stayed many times in cabins in Broken Bow but they are over rated compared to this cabin! We are Definitely going back soon!! Wonderful memories were created this holiday and we plan on many more at this cabin! The owner is wonderful and kept in touch and has been wonderful as well!!! If your looking for a getaway that you can make memories at THIS IS DEFINITELY THE ONE YOU SHOULD BOOK!!!!

Family go to spot by Lake Texoma, we'll be back for sure!

Big thanks to the host, who were super helpful with any questions! We had plenty of parking, including our two ATVs...which you see a fun mix of 'toy's in the area. Sleeping spaces are cozy, and the upstairs loft is a neat area. The kitchen was a great gathering space, overlooking the front on the property, and the basement is great for added space to hangout, or get hooked on the arcade machine & foosball, lol. Most our time was spent on the balcony (one of 3-4 areas) overlooking the firepit...which we had going most of the time (sorry for the wood consumption!). This was our first time to this part of Lake Texoma/Pottsboro, and it was just what we were looking for, a laid back getaway. Property is as advertised, and the hosts were very welcoming & more than accommodating! Can't wait to see what it is like it the summer!..I have to get the high score on the asteroids game, lol!!
