With tons of outdoor and indoor activities such as ping pong, Foosball, cornhole, Bocce ball, and more - kids of all ages will have a blast! There's also a firepit! Bring swim clothes & walk to the beach, or launch a boat from Buncombe Creek Marina. Cable is provided for TV, and there is basic Wifi.

With multiple indoor and outdoor games, TV, the perfect nighttime setting for stories around the firepit or the Chiminea, and the perfect indoor entertaining area, the home itself will also be a hit with your group!

Spend time reconnecting with family and friends, away from the city and near the lake. This comfortable home is equipped to be the perfect backdrop for those small to medium reunions, sleeping up to 14 guests. This property is located just 13 minutes from Buncombe Creek Marina. Buncombe Creek Marina is a full service marina, offering day-slips and launch areas. Boats may be rented at Marina Del Rey. Jet Skis may be rented at Texoma Jet Ski Rental. Family trip

Easy access to lake and beachfront. Good size for family wh wants space and fun things to do. Wished the bathrooms had been larger and more accommodating but all in all nice place to stay!!

Great place for families

Lot’s of activities and games at the house. Really hard to get up and down the sandy hill to the beach with little kids and wagons but the beach is great once you’re there!

This was a perfect house for our family pre-Labor Day get together. The great room had ample comfortable seating with the kitchen and dining table included in the space.The house also included many activities for the kids after we returned from the lake. . we veryand.includedblots

Our home away from Home

This was an amazing place very spacious and clean. We will be booking this place again next time we will bring the grandkids the garage is amazing with all kinds of games for the kids. The only thing that was really bad was stickers and wasp so make sure you bring good shoes and some wasp spray for outside (which I had some). But no complaints about inside oh and the best is the porch you can sit outside. The beach is not far walking distance really nice

Perfect Thanksgiving Holiday with Family

Wide open living/dining/kitchen are with two bedrooms at each end of the house. Plenty of room for the kids to play. Garage is setup nicely as a game room. Walking distance to a nice sandy beach, don't venture off of the road/path to the beach or you will be covered in stickers. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Warm, cozy yet plenty of space

Lovely home in great location. We walked down to the beach each day (about 5 houses away from the beach), and could watch the sunrise through the trees and lake from the front porch. We loved the layout of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the house, and many places to gather in center of house, as well as 2 outside areas for gathering and playing. We would definitely stay here again with Dollar General nearby, several Mexican restaurants and Ollie's Juke Joint was fun to eat at. We cooked alot so wished there was more than one skillet, but plenty of pots and fully equipped kitchen otherwise. We used Bearded Dog Striper Guide Service for 2 days of guided fishing in the area, and would highly recommend.
