Everything about this trip was perfect! Great location, totally clean condo and all the beds were comfortable. The condo had everything a family needed for a week and more.We will definitely be back at this property. Check in was super easy and the golf caart we rented was waiting for us.

Check in was a little bit of a nightmare until I figured out where to go. The place was nice! The location as far as getting to everything was good but the area itsellf was too busy and loud for my taste. Over all nice place.

Destin Beach Rental

The only complaint we had was the comfortability of the master bedroom mattress. It was thin and not comfortable. Other than that our stay was everything we had hoped for. I would recommend it to anyone looking to have a great vacation at the beach!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall housekeeping ok yet bad mopping job in master bedroom and bed dust ruffles tucked in with sheets. Master bed sweaking so loud as to wake partner when one moves, den furniture dirty and horribly uncomfortable, upper electrical plug bad near end table on mirrored wall, bulb out master vanity, water filter in frig needs replacing, clock in kitchen needs battery, night light master bath no bulb. Throw pillows old and dirty in entire condo. Perfect location, beautiful view.

There were several beach chairs and an umbrella which we used several days when on the beach. The appliances are updated. Only suggestions we have are new mattresses (current are not super comfortable), update the TVs in the bedrooms (the one in the 2nd bedroom is maybe 20”) and get a table for the balcony to allow for more use of the space.

We’ve stayed at Majestic Sun three times (different units each visit), so we’re very familiar with the building. This was our first time renting through Glass Casa. Overall, our stay was fine, but we preferred previous units, which felt better stocked and had fewer issues.A few things to note:The door code in the text was wrong, but correct in the welcome link.The dryer handle was broken (we were told it would be fixed on day 3), but it never was—we had to pry it open with a spoon the whole stay.The patio door handle was also broken and wasn’t repaired after we reported it.The keyless entry has no deadbolt, which was a huge concern with a toddler. They did respond quickly and installed a hotel lock by noon the next day, which we appreciated.Amenities were more limited than other units we’ve stayed in:- No plastic cups/plates (needed with young kiddos unless you want broken dishes)- No beach towels (we had our own but it’s sometimes nice to have a few extra)- No beach wagon (not a dealbreaker but a nice to have)- No potholders for cookingThe washing machine noise from the unit above is VERY loud. Not sure if anything can be done about that if that unit is owned by another entity, but something of note. Great location as always, and management was responsive when it mattered, but this unit could use some updates and better stocking.

Beach trip

The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We did sign a waiver that waved the inspection process to be able to get into the unit after 4pm. We cleaned the unit to out satisfaction. There are a few maintenance issues in the room. First of all the mold needs to be removed from the ceiling in the master bathroom. The maintenance person was awesome and she did everything that we asked. There was a huge spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling and she got it off. She also repaired our broken toilet seat. Additional information that needs to be passed on. Both shower heads sprays water all over the place. The shower curtains needs to be replaced with new liner. The stove needs to be leveled or replaced. It is difficult to cook on it because the stove tops are not level. We had a great time and it was a great vacation for our family. The maintenance and cleanliness issues needs to be addressed for future clients.

Inside the condo was fine. It got the job done. There’s some basic maintenance that needs to be done (couldn’t get the main tv remote to work, master bath shower liner was hanging on by a thread)
