Our family of 4 adored this property so close to the beach and pier and near all the amenities. We had the fortunate experience of staying during the annual festival and were close to everything! We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Just a short walk and you are right on the beach. Amenities are top notch, with outdoor showers, beach equipment, they even have shampoo and conditioner on the shower. Everything was so clean and in great condition. We will be back, thanks for a great stay!

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to restaurants and shopping. Cathy and Pete really did a great job decorating the condo and providing us with a 5 star stay. My husband and I do a lot of traveling and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed

Great space for 2 and great location

This place was a great location to shops and restaurants and most of all the beach. There were beach chairs etc and towels to take the beach. The place was clean and had all the accessories for cooking if you wanted to to do. The owners were very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
