Riki was so welcoming. She made sure the unit was ready for us. We specially loved some treats that Riki provided for us. There was enough room for our many family visitors. Nice to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. The deck was pleasant to enjoy the outdoors. Overall a great place to stay.

What a wonderful location and property for a friends getaway!! The patio area was enchanting and lends itself to complete relaxation, coffee in the AM and wine in the PM!!Also, a nice space for my sweet pup to relax as the patio is fully enclosed. Parking was amazing and the condo was very clean and supplied well.Riki the owner/property manager was helpful and very enjoyable to meet. I would absolutely stay here or at any of her other properties. What a fabulous find, highly recommend. 10 stars from me!

Excellent location, place, and communication with Riki! It was so helpful to have dedicated parking and beach items like chairs, beach umbrella, etc. The outdoor courtyard is the best, and there is a gas grill to use as well. A gem of a find! We hope to be back!

The home was nice and cozy and in a great area to get to the beach. The outdoor patio was nice and provided great options for storing all of our beach stuff and/or hanging out and enjoying the beautiful weather. Riki was more than accommodating and communicative, and was easy to work with. She answered questions and concerns within minutes, and even took time out of her day prior to our reservation and call me to help make the check in process easy and see what else we may need for our trip. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would love to stay again.

Wonderful stay! The house was incredible and beautiful. The shared patio out back was one of our favorite. Riki was super communicative and amazing! Highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

Not an ocean view house

For the overall condition of the property, the price for 2 weeks seemed high. It is a very basic house and is considerably smaller than the pictures and the write up suggest. Location near the.beach is the best feature of the property. Toward the end of our stay, we noticed more and more ants in the place.

Great house & patio for family fun

We had an amazing stay at Beautiful Ocean View. We were in San Clemente for our daughter's wedding, and this house was a perfect base for our family. We enjoyed the patio and outdoor area and had BBQs and breakfasts, enjoying the fresh air. And the inside was comfortable and spacious enough for everyone, too. And you can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony. It is also close enough for an enjoyable stroll through the neighborhood to the beach (just avoid high tide times, as there is not much beach - you have to go a bit further down, closer to the little train 'station' where the beach is larger and can be enjoyed at any time). Riki was very helpful and friendly any time we need it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and highly recommend this location to other family/ friend groups.

Great Place!

We loved our stay! It was a short walk to the beach and close to the little downtown and restaurants. The place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The host, Rikki, was very responsive and thoughtful, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach gear and local recommendations. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals. My favorite was the large private patio! I would highly recommend!

An amazing place for a great family vacation.

We had an amazing week in San Clemente with our 3 kids aged 15, 18 and 20.. The home is fantastic, conveniently located one block away from the beach. We spent the entire week in the water and exploring San Clemente. At night we enjoyed our barbecued dinners in the outside area which is gorgeous, private and very spacious. So very grateful for a very special family vacation with Riki being a fantastic host. Thank you Riki for hosting us. Many new special family memories were created and we hope to come back one day. tr private.

Beach vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was a short walk to the beach trail and we were able to walk our dogs down to the pier and back. Close enough to town to walk to downtown stores and eat at restaurants and grab coffee. The house is very cute and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio. The parking at the condo was prime and plenty in an area where parking is difficult to find. We feel very lucky to have found this place for our vacation!

The property was perfect! Well equipped with a beautiful, private outdoor space. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach trail and Riki is the best host. We hope Stairway to Heaven is available for our next trip.

Exactly what we needed.

This is a perfect family vacation VRBO. 1. Walking distance to beach, pier, coffee shops & restaurants. 2. Spacious outdoor patio area for stretching out and relaxing. 3. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable and happy. 4. A kitchen that works (with all the pots,pans, etc. needed) to have some family meals at home. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and i purchased this property early this year and spent several months remodeling. We are both from the area, my husband grew up in San Diego and I've spent most of my life in Huntington Beach and San Clemente . As a child my parents were drawn to SC for its unique shopping and restaurants. My family was always into watersports and a healthy living . Once you experience San Clemente you will be coming back again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is located in the beautiful beach community of San Clemente. Ocean views from top to bottom levels. Only a short walk to the sandy beaches and another few minutes to the pier and restaurants/shopping. My family spent many summers and holidays here . The beaches are very clean and the surf is the best in the world. There is always something to do.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The condo has several new and remodeled features, the kitchen has granite counters and new stainless appliances. Bathrooms have unique concrete counters and new traventine bath. Master bedroom has its own balcony,ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a 9 head shower, absolutely beautiful. Patio area is designed for relaxing or sunbathing , built- in BBQ with an island for entertaining. There is a separate laundry room. Parking is fantastic, 2 car garage and 4 car space in driveway.
