It is actually difficult to pick what’s best about this place, is it that you are less than a minute walk from the beach, or that it feels incredibly spacious yet warm and cozy inside, or the above-and-beyond amenities that Pete and Cathy have included? The only thing that would’ve made this place literal perfection was a view, but you can even have one if you are able to book their top floor.Please, if you stay here, take full advantage of those amenities, they have bikes, wetsuits, outdoor shower, a grill on the balcony, and more.Oh and while the place is pet friendly for the well behaved dog, do know that San Clemente doesn’t allow dogs on the beach at any time. However, the Laguna Beach beaches do and the drive is short, and you can pick up fresh fish at Dana Point on the drive back to throw on that balcony grill.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home and amazing location. We took numerous walks to the pier and beach even in the rain. Pete and Cathy provided us with some nice treats, they were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Great Condo

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The condo was updated and so cute. Great location. Cathy,the owner, was so kind. She would check to make sure we had everything we needed and invited us to bring our dog the next time. We will definitely be back and recommend this condo to anyone.

This was a great place for my son and his wife. They loved it. Very close to the pier and the place the rest of the family was staying. Fantastic communication with owner. Kids loved it especially having the bikes. Would highly recommend.

Dog friendly studio by the pier

Adorable little studio with all you need. Great location, great amenities (including an outdoor shower that is great for dogs if you are bringing yours) and a nice big bed that pulls out from the wall! We found street parking in front of the condo and didn’t have to move our car, as we walked everywhere we went!

Perfect location

Could not have been better and we will absolutely return! We were even welcomed by a bottle of wine and drinks in the fridge. The unit is in a perfect location. A quick walk to the pier or downtown San Clemente for dining and shopping. Just steps away from the beach path for a beautiful walk or run. The bed was super comfortable. All around perfect!

Fantastic Stay!

We had the most amazing time in San Clemente. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort with Cathy’s attention to detail. She provides everything that you need and more such as fresh beach towels, an array of drinks in the fridge, and even a bottle of wine upon arrival. The room was incredibly clean as well. With a 30 second walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants it was truly a relaxing getaway.

Very Nice

This place was very nice. A studio that is fresh, new, and clean. We stay in the area a lot because our children live close. Parking can be a little frustrating, but it's the beach! Being able to walk to everything you would want is a real plus. We will come back.

Great vacation getaway

The condo had everything we needed and more! Pete and Cathy were amazing hosts and have thought of everything. They communicated regularly just to check in and make sure we had local suggestions and whatever we needed. Condo was clean, bed was comfy, location is amazing, and we will definitely be returning!

Beyond expectations!

This rental truly is a 5 star! Everything is new and updated, has virtually everything you may need and way more than you expect, and is a 3 minute walk to the pier, beach and and local eateries. The extras like bikes, helmets and beach equipment was extraordinary and so appreciated. We will most definitely be returning and sharing with family and friends as well. Cutest little stay!

My husband and I had a long weekend here and the space was perfect! The Murphy bed was a fun quirk and super comfy. Hosts were great, location was great! We are from San Clemente originally and look forward to utilizing this gem on more of our return trips to see friends and family :)
