Belle maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes près de l’Interstate 95 et de Gatlin Blvd avec un accès facile à tout. 20 minutes de Jensen Beach, terrains de golf publics dans les 10 minutes, 40 minutes de Palm Beach Outlets, 25 minutes du centre-ville de Fort. Pierce, pêche en haute mer. Les attractions du parc et South Beach sont à 2 heures. Super Walmart en face de ce quartier sûr. Bass Pro Shop, boutiques et restaurants haut de gamme Tradition Plaza à quelques minutes de vélo. Baby-foot et jeux. Chauffe-piscine installé avant le 15 novembre.
Cette maison est adossée aux bois avec une clôture de 6 pieds pour une intimité parfaite pour une retraite paisible au bord de la piscine, entourée de plantes et de fleurs tropicales. Il vient même avec son propre vrai bar tiki. Lorsque vous montez la mangeoire à oiseaux, vous verrez des cardinaux rouge vif, des Bruants peints et tous les autres oiseaux de couleur. Admirez la vue sur le lac de l’autre côté de la rue où se trouve un sentier de trottoir piétonnier / cyclable entretenu par une ville qui entoure une zone humide naturelle et comprend des grues Sand Hill, des canards sauvages, des rosettes Spoon Bills, des Hawks, des Osprey et des bars.

Won’t be back

House wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Had to clean stove and oven before we used it and when I opened the oven door the handle fell off. Floor was dirty and outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Vacuum didn’t work, no belt. Bathroom rugs were disgusting. Had to wash them. We cleaned it up and enjoyed our time in Pirt St Lucie. We will not rent here again.

Nice home in Convenient location.

After spending a week here to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday, I have no complaints with this home. It's a nice home that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really wanted privacy during this trip and this home provided that. No random pool or yard service people showing up. Thank you. The heated pool was great. The only real concern I had during my stay were the number of spiders around the pool area. Thankfully, there were none in the house. The home is in a good location with a surprising number of police officers who live in the area; one being only about 2 houses down the street. I will say that I would rather have the ability to park in the garage to keep the car cool rather than having the so-called "game room" that only has one game in it. Honestly, ya'll could just get rid of that foosball table. No one is renting this house for that. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

The Jungle Smoker Paradise: An Unforgettable Experience

Red flag number 1, the host contacted immediately after initial booking with a strange message about there being a digital lock and that payment to them won't come for several days after check-in. Red flag number 2, the house is for sale which is a surprise because that was not disclosed in the property details or prior to check-in. As we made our way up to the front door, we had to navigate through the dense jungle of plants. The foliage was so thick that it seemed to be reaching out to touch us from both sides. We were warned not to touch the plants, as doing so would result in a fine according to the property rules. Upon entering, the pungent smell of long-time smokers immediately assaulted our senses. It was the unmistakable odor of someone who had smoked heavily indoors. If you are sensitive to such smells or are traveling with a child you may know the struggle ahead. The only option provided by the host was to open the door to the patio. With the heat index soaring over 100 degrees for the week, it was clear that everyone would struggle in such conditions. In an attempt to save the vacation, after 2 hours at the property we checked out. It was a costly lesson to learn that the term "completely renovated" in the listing only meant superficial changes to make the property suitable for vacation rentals.

Family wedding

We had an amazing time! Great home for family get togethers. Beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, gorgeous landscaped backyard with beautiful heated pool. We both have stressful careers and coming from Texas to a family wedding here just added to it. But relaxing in this home with the amenities was just what was needed. Highly recommend. Responsive hosts. Will definitely be back.

A tropical paradise

The yard was filled with tropical plants which made the pool area private and beautiful. There was a large dining table to play games with the family and the teens enjoyed the foosball table. The house was clean and nicely updated. The owners answered all my questions quickly and were easy to work with. Overall a great place.

Just what we were looking for

We wanted a house in Port St Lucie with a pool and this place fit the bill. Just as pictured. Sign on the thermostat asked that we not change the temperature and we didn't but we were often uncomfortably cold in the house. Otherwise everything was good.

If VRBO allowed something more than 5 stars, Dave & Liliana’s place would get them. Everything just as described. And the POOL. Who needs the beach? Couple of times texting Dave, he answered almost before I finished. If you can get this place JUMP ON IT!

Great location across from a picturesque pond and near a shopping center.

My wife and granddaughter and I were in town to visit with friends. This property has all the amenities we needed. The kids really enjoyed the enclosed swimming pool, game room, and cool dart board. We barbecued one night. The yard is beautifully manicured and conducive for gathering. The owners were gracious enough to provide a Xmas tree and decorations for the family. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there the next time we visit Port St. Lucie, FL. Bob Lobato

Great Weekend

The house was clean, pool area private. Had a hiccup with code while checking in, imediate response from Dave got us in the door no big deal. Great neighborhood close to shopping and resturants.

Complete upscale renovation Sept 2022. The pool is heated with a top of the line heat pump for 85 *F. We do not charge extra for heating the pool. The pool is also equipped with a high grade salt water system for a soft luxurious swim with no bleaching or irritating chemicals to burn the eyes or skin.

The home provides a fully stocked kitchen complete with utensils and a blender, toaster, commercial coffee maker, rice maker etc. There is also a charcoal grill on the back patio (utensils for it are in the kitchen).

Free high-speed internet with WiFi, and two large HD televisions with streaming movies and full television channel selection (cable and local).

The home sits across from the lake with a city maintained walking/jogging path. All amenities and upscale chain restaurants are less than 2 miles down the street.
