Located 0.2 miles from Howes Beach and 0.8 miles from Corporation Beach, it’s a 5-minute walk from your front door to the soft sand and rolling waves. ​The convenient locale is also a short stroll from local eateries on Main Street. After a fun-filled day, the big back deck offers plush seating and alfresco dining space.

Inside, the open layout provides plenty of room for relaxation and group fun. Highlights include a newly updated kitchen, an office area, and a wood-burning fireplace.

LIVING AREA

A large sectional and sofa offer plenty of comfy seating around the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Check emails at the desk or select a book from the library in the office.

The loft area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will love the modern kitchen, newly appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The island delivers ample preparation space and seating for two.

At mealtimes, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the open loft area.

Sleep soundly in a plush king-size bed in the master bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Start your morning with fresh coffee on the back deck. On sunny days, recline in a chaise lounge or sway in the shade on the backyard hammock. Enjoy a cookout on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for 10.

Upon returning from the beach, the outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs are provided in the rental. Parking is available for four cars in tandem in the driveway.

Access to the home is via four exterior steps at the entryway. The loft area is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase.

The property is not equipped with central air-conditioning. Window air conditioning units are available in each of the three bedrooms and a portable unit is also installed in the loft.

THE LOCATION

Located 0.2 miles from Howes Beach, it’s a 5-minute walk from your front door to the soft sand and rolling waves. Popular nearby Main Street eateries include Grumpy’s (1 mile) and The Pheasant (0.6 miles).

Golfers will appreciate being just 2 miles from the Dennis Pines Golf Course. Travel 10 miles to Hyannis to explore shops and restaurants on Main Street or catch a ferry to one of the islands.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
