Walk into the large dining room that opens up to the kitchen and living room. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed with amazing views, there are 2 full walls of windows to enjoy the scenery. The primary has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom with a king bed is off of the living room and shares a full bathroom. There is a smart Tv in the living room, along with a wood-burning fireplace. Walk onto the large deck from the living room to hear the sounds of nature. Up the spiral staircase is an open loft with two twin beds. Down the hallway is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. At the end of the hall is a private bedroom with a double bed. to reach the lower level, there is another set of spiral staircases. Once downstairs there are two futon beds with a TV. PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles in the designated parking spot. NO driveway access in the winter.
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the
property.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
