There is a small area adjacent to a laundry room with a 2-piece bathroom. The main washroom is a 4-piece bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and counter space for preparing delicious meals. Outside has a large 2,700 sq. ft. concrete patio with comfortable patio furniture, a fire pit, a propane BBQ, and 6-person hot tub (located beside the patio). These offer ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors day and night. Climb up to the top of our property and soak in the sweeping views of the South Okanagan Valley. If you need to relax by the water, take a short15 minute drive to Rotary Beach Park on Tuc-el-Nuit Lake. It is close to downtown Oliver and includes a playground, picnic tables, washrooms, grassy and sandy areas, with a spectacular view of McIntyre Bluff. *Please note that this is a working vineyard, and crews may be on the property from time to time.
