This is a very nice 2nd floor condo with a clean updated look with a great view of the ocean. I like that there is assigned parking and it was easy to get in and out. There is also a very easy access to the beach via some steps up to a deck walk to the top of the sand dunes to put you right at the beach.

We have been staying at Carolina Beach every year for almost the past decade and this property is by far the best place we've stayed. Communication with the Host was always quick and efficient. Parking here was easy and simple and we took my husband truck. We hope to try and stay here every year for our annual trip. Very clean and very well kept. Walking distance to some of our favorite places! Thank you for having us!

The location and view cannot be beat. It is so convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. You really feel like you are in the center of the action. And it could not be easier to get to a pristine and not overly crowded stretch of beach. An easy walk (either on sidewalk or beach) to the boardwalk. The unit itself is well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed eating meals out on the patio overlooking the ocean. The hosts really thought of everything and were really great to work with. Would definitely recommend to others!

Our host was very nice and very informative. Great accommodations and location. The only appliance we had a problem with was the single cup keurig. Some instructions would have been helpful.We ended up overflowing a cup the first time because we didn't know how much water to put in the tank. But we learned. Everything else was great!

Our annual long weekend was perfect! Great ocean views and the private walk to the beach meant it wasn’t too crowded near where we set up. Boardwalk being walking distance was great too. Parking for the unit was clearly marked and easy to understand as well.

My family and I had an awesome time at the beach thanks to Emily’s wonderful rental! It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and many other items you need!!! Very well decorated and furnished! The view from the balcony was great!! The morning sunrises with coffee and evenings listening to the ocean while playing music and having cocktails all made for a memorable vacation. Also, it was a short walk to the beautiful beach. The ONLY issue we had was other guests parking in our spots one evening. Although I didn’t want to contact Emily that late in the evening, I did. Sent her a text to explain the issue and she responded immediately!! Problem solved! We are already talking about using Emily’s place again next year!!

This is a fabulous property. The location is perfect. A quick walk over the dunes and straight to the beach. A ten minute walk takes you to restaurants, bars and the best donuts we’ve ever eaten. Don’t miss Britt’s and bring cash! The condo is cute and was plenty of space for a family of four. Our favorite spot is the deck. It provided a lovely morning coffee spot and gorgeous evening views. The kitchen has everything you need, including basic spices, Olive Oil, napkins and much more. Emily is a terrific hostess, even providing laundry detergent and dish soap. Carolina Beach was one of our favorite family vacations. We will definitely return!

Pros: great location and apartment. Nice that it had parking. Cons: have to bring your own bed sheets and towels. In the description this is buried snd not up front. Can be rented through person but we opted to bring our own.

Great place, very cute, clean and as described. Great view from the deck. Perfect for 2-3 friends or a small family. Very convenient to walk to the boardwalk either via beach or street. Be sure to note that no linens are provided. I've rented many different VRBO properties. This is the first one I've stayed in that I would go out of my way to book again. Very homey and easy to settle in quickly so that you can enjoy your full beach visit.

This property is very centrally located. It is far enough away from the lights and sounds of the Carolina Beach boardwalk, yet easily walkable to the boardwalk & marina. The walkway to the beach is right in front of the unit. You can view the beach from the great room and balcony. It was great eating breakfast on the balcony while watching the ocean waves. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The decor was perfectly "beachy" and the furniture was comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property for friends and/or family get away.

The condo was immaculate and well-maintained. It was well supplied with kitchen basics. I hauled my oscillating fan across five states only to get to the condo and find ceiling fans and tower fans in each bedroom. The balcony was my favorite spot. We will definitely be back.

My family had a wonderful 3 days. The condo was first-class with everything you need for a visit to the beach. The cleanliness, views, great access to the beach, and wonderful customer-service by the property manager made our trip great. We hope to return.
