This sunny, bright, golf villa is located right on the Fazio golf course with views out every window. It is in a quiet end cul-de-sac, steps from 3 clay tennis courts, private Inverness pool, and the beach access being a short mile away.

When you enter this lovely townhome the first thing you will see is the huge golf course views! The entire back wall along the open plan living and dining is glass sliders and window leading to a large deck. The living room has a sleeper sofa and love seat and 55’’ TV with Bluetooth sound bar able to communicate with smart phones, laptops, or tablets. The dining room seats six and is open to the kitchen. The bright kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and new washer and dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, TV, and overlooks the front of the property and shares the hall bath.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a king bed, TV with a private bathroom and overlooks the golf course! This home has been fully renovated and is ready to greet you on your next vacation.
