Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Moorings villa close to the beach (650 feet from beach access; less than a two-minute walk) and the pool (located right outside the villa) in the sought-after Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island This Palmetto Dunes villa is set in a prime location with amenities that will please the whole family.

This modern Moorings villa was recently remodeled, has new paint, and features new flooring. The open-plan living area is spacious, with a smart TV for entertainment, an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy vacation meal prep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a private en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a smart TV, a slider door to the balcony, and a private bath. small desk or work area for convenience.

23 The Moorings are within walking distance of the Robert Trent Golf Course, Alexander’s Restaurant, Dunes House beachfront bar and restaurant, and a small general store. There are miles of canals throughout the Palmetto Dunes for canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

Villa was clean and spacious. The location of the 2nd bedroom gave the third adult in our party privacy, when needed. Television remotes were easy to operate which is not always the case in villas. Very short walk to ocean. Even less of a walk to the pool. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area.

“This place is so much nicer than ours”

This property was the perfect location for a beach getaway with a variety of activities on the premises. There were countless things to do! Excellent stay. We have been to the Mornings a number of times; this property was the best one yet. Island Time was excellent to work with. VayK items were great to have, with the credit as part of the total package was very convenient. Will try to stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful, clean, updated condo!

We had a fabulous time staying for two weeks! The property was clean, updated, and spacious! They even had drying racks, which we always need for all our wet bathing suits and towels! Will definitely try and book this property again!

Great location and great villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely family friendly, I love that there was a pack n play in the unit. I thought it was well stocked with the essentials. The Marriott is right behind the unit so we used the sound machine provided, we didn’t hear a thing.
