Boasting over 3800sf of living space with sleeping arrangements for up to 24 guests, this is the perfect home for a family vacation or a getaway with a large group of friends! With a fenced-in backyard highlighted by a private pool, gas grill, lounge chairs, and plenty of seating, you may have a hard time leaving the house! This is a 3 level home with separate quarters on the first 2 floors. The first floor consists of a living/media area, kitchenette, washer/dryer, four bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, and three full bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms have a quick pool and patio access! This floor can serve as a lock-out unit and has a separate entrance for ultimate privacy. The second floor is accessed by an elevator or staircase. Here you will find the main living area featuring soaring 10-foot ceilings, adjacent to the kitchen that is perfect for large family meals or just gathering around for a snack. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and custom cabinetry. There are three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms also on this level, sleeping up to 6 guests. There is also a separate laundry room. There are two large balconies where you can take in exhilarating views of the Gulf. For icing on the cake, journey up one more level to the 3rd-floor tower aptly named "Captain's Lookout" where you will find a wet bar and a balcony, making this the perfect spot to end your day and take in more of those gorgeous Gulf views. Seas the Day is located in a secluded neighborhood that has primarily foot traffic and no major roads to cross. It is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
