Comfortable/ Great Location

The home is very comfortable. Area is quiet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and items you would need for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms are set up well to accommodate a large family or guests. Location is close to grocery store, other shops and wonderful restaurants.

This was our second stay at this property and we were again extremely pleased with the home and the responsiveness of the owners.

Excellent location and amenities

Loved staying at this property! It was very clean and as a bonus, drawers and switches were labeled -- so handy. Location was ideal -- a quick 15 minutes to Westworld. It's close and easy to get on Hwy 101, but you don't hear traffic noise at all. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are restaurants you can walk to. Loved using the hot tub! Homeowner was very good with communication, i.e., helpful reminders to set out trash and recycling and reminder to return the garage door upon checkout. Would be happy to stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was super clean and very family friendly. It was in close proximity to everything you need as well. As far as hosts go, you couldn’t ask for better people. Stunning home, great location, and exceptional hostes

My family loved this beautiful home. Dina and her husband did such a wonderful job making this house the most beautiful, convenient, and cozy getaway. The house was very clean, the king beds were very comfortable, and we loved the open concept of the house. There were many places to gather around - the fire outside, the fireplace in the living room, and all the dining tables. My dad said out of all the places we stayed in Scottsdale, that this was his favorite. The location was prime and in such a beautiful neighborhood. We were close to many delicious restaurants, easy access to the highway, and plenty of grocery stores. Dina was an incredible hostess and answered any and all questions we had. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Dina for being such a lovely host!

Rental Home Perfection

My family of five was looking for a place to spend the holidays. Our utmost priorities were comfort, convenience and relaxation. This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The kids each had their own room upstairs and we had a gorgeous master suite downstairs. The home is freshly remodeled and was done beautifully. We loved the enormous couch in the living room to lounge on and watch TV. The pool was perfect for my boys to play in when heated, even in December!! The hot tub didn't take long at all to heat up either. Was so great to relax in under the stars! The garage was immaculately clean and we even parked inside at night. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need to cook a great meal - even some seasoning! The neighborhood was gorgeous and we so enjoyed family walks daily. So fun to see the exceptionally large homes and lots just a block away. We felt safe day or night! The house couldn't have been more conveniently located to the 101 (but no road noise!!). We were able to zip around to shopping, hikes, Top Golf, movies, etc within 10 mins. Dina was an exceptional host... Courteous and kind and attentive! Couldn't recommend this home any more, truly an amazing stay made even better because of this house. Thanks Dina!

Best weekend of my life

The moment I walked through the front door of this stunningly updated home, I thought, “Wow, I wish I could live here! It looks like a new, higher end model home!” The awesome hosts, Mark and Dina, spared no expense with all the new upgrades! It’s SO quiet and peaceful here giving us a much needed retreat. We enjoyed eating our meals in the beautiful backyard oasis hearing the birds sing, dipping our feet in the warm sparkling blue pool and spa. The only downside is we’re not able to rate it 6/5 stars, but we would if we could! We highly recommend this property and will be back for sure!

I had the pleasure of staying at Scottsdale Luxe 61 and it exceeded my expectations. We LOVE this house!!

Gorgeous remodel in a perfect location, the best rental I’ve stayed in! It’s very quiet and peaceful in a secluded, safe neighborhood. Gorgeous Getaway in Scottsdale

We called this beautiful house our home for two weeks while visiting family in Scottsdale. The open airy feel hits you when you open the front door. There was great attention given to the decor. My wife’s first impression of the house was Wow i could pack up our things and move in. This house has everything you need and drawers and cupboard’s are neatly labeled. There was a kind welcome basket that greeted us when we walked in. Dina and Mark are great hosts which we greatly appreciated! We make the trip to Scottsdale yearly and plan to hopefully stay here again.

Dina and Mark are exceptional hosts. They keep their home immaculate and extremely well organized. We didn’t have any issues at all. Check in was smooth with clear instructions. The house is located in a sweet neighborhood that felt extremely safe. I highly recommend Dina and Mark to host your next visit!

Absolutely wonderful home!

We stayed at the BEAUVAIS’s home for one month while being seen at the Mayo Clinic. The house had been newly remodeled and it was so well equipped with everything you would need for a long stay. The furniture is comfortable and stylish
bedrooms perfect for a few guests who visited. Great pool and outside space. Loved it and we would love to go back for another Scottsdale visit. Dina was great to work with and responsive with anything we needed

Amazing Stay!!

We stayed in the house for 9 weeks and everything went amazing. The house is brand-new and everything is in excellent condition. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are really confortable. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful as well. We had a problem with the dryer and the host fixed it immediately and were always helpful and attentful during our stay. Everything went seamlessly we would definitely stay here again.
