Genuine Santa Fe Adobe Casita

Our genuine Santa Fe style Casita is located just minutes from The Broadmoor, downtown Colorado Springs, nearby hiking and paces from a local park featuring hiking, Pickleball, tennis and more.

Situated on a secluded and quiet cul-de-sac with seven other Adobe homes, our Casita offers Mountain Views, a separate entrance and private patio for our guests to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, sunset and stargazing.

Our home is attached to the Casita but it offers complete privacy. In addition to the two large bedrooms, there is a large sitting room and entry hall with comfy couches and a tv with all channels and high speed internet.

A third bedroom which attaches via the terrace with a king bed and bath with tub/shower may also be available upon request at an additional charge.

Great Stay

Nice, quaint and cozy property in a great secluded area in a great location. Close to Garden of the Gods, downtown, Pikes peak and more. Everything was easy to get to, and it has a nice patio as well. Owners were great, even a former state governor!

We loved this property. The communication was excellent. Property was exactly as described and it was so cute! Our boys thought it was such a cool home too. We all enjoyed the comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again.

A charming little retreat! Perfect for anyone who enjoys sipping tea (or wine) while reading, listening to music, and unwinding. It’s quiet, spotless, and an excellent value.One note for future guests: Vrbo’s listing layout can be a bit misleading. The icon shows three bedrooms with four beds total, but the third bedroom is actually optional and comes at an additional cost. This is a Vrbo display issue, not a host issue. Everything worked out smoothly, and I’d still highly recommend this relaxing getaway.

Great military family reunion

We needed a great place to relax and reconnect as a family that was in a very convenient location and this was the perfect spot. Going walking in Beer Creek park or just sitting on the patio was just what we needed.

Enchanting Stay at the Casita!

The Casita was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood with exceptional landscaping. Very close to the Broadmoor and not far from downtown. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs and the host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Oasis close to town

I really enjoyed the peacefulness, cleanliness, and attention to detail associated with the property. The location is close to everything relevant in Colorado Springs while being away from traffic and noise. The property itself is tastefully decorated and super clean. I believe much of the carpet and furniture is new. The property owner was quick to respond and had a lovely attitude about it all. Will certainly re-book when back in town.

Beautiful place in a great location

The casita is located in a group of a few very nice adobe-style homes, on a private, quiet street. Location is convenient to Manitou, Garden of the Gods, etc. and makes a great home base. It's beautifully decorated and comfortable, with thoughtful small appliances essential for a place without a full kitchen. Jacqueline was very responsive and communicative, and had some great recommendations.

Amazing stay

Absolutely amazing. Entire space was clean but also felt clean. A nice quiet neighborhood with a porch area great for drinking coffee and enjoying the view. The host reached out multiple times before the stay to ensure we arrived there and had no problem getting in. We had no issues during the stay. I highly recommend staying here and if I am in the area again will absolutely be staying here.

The location is lovely and off the beaten track, very quiet and private, impeccable decore and very clean, the hostess went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! Delightful stay in Colorado Springs

We stayed here for 4 days while exploring the Colorado Springs area. Absolutely loved our experience here and cannot say enough good things about the home and the hospitality of our host, Jacqueline. The house is extremely clean, very well designed and appointed and located centrally with easy access to multiple activities. Jacqueline made us feel at home and was warm and welcoming. Despite not meeting her, we felt we knew her for years and were impressed with how well the property was maintained. Great find in the Colorado Springs area and highly recommended.

July 4th Holiday

The neighborhood is secluded and peaceful. The vrbo unit is attached to the main home but quiet. Adorable patio area for morning coffee. Well stocked toiletries and towels. Great artwork and home decor. Saw several deer and rabbits wandering through the neighborhood. Beautiful flowers and plants throughout the yard. Unit has a kitchenette with a sink and small refrigerator. A toaster or toaster oven would be useful to have.

Relaxing and Beautiful Stay with Kiddos

Jacqueline made us feel so welcome and helped with items for my kids to be more comfortable. Very responsive and accommodating. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. 2 beds/1 bath. No tub for the kids but there is a beautiful large shower and double sinks in the bathroom. It does not have a full kitchen- but there is a kitchenette with a Keurig coffee machine, small sink, drink fridge, microwave, plates, cups, cowls, coffee mugs and a hot water kettle. It was everything we needed for our 2 night stay-- and we wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful views from the windows and there is a very nice outdoor patio to enjoy wine, star gazing and your family at night. We hope to return! Thank you so much for everything!

We stayed at the Adobe Casita for one night so that we could take my toddler to Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The location was super close to the Zoo which was great! There was wildlife in the front yard - even a big deer buck! Perfect patio to have coffee in the morning. The home was decorated really amazing and interesting - almost like a museum. This place would be so cute for a couples weekend. Host was communicative when needed. Beds were comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Very quite neighborhood and beautiful, clean house.I should have paid more attention when looking at pictures, as I did not notice that stove was not included in the kitchenette.But the host saved us by offering her grill.The only thing that I suggest to improve is putting blackout curtains in the bedrooms, especially the king bed bedroom. The sun is so bright in the morning shining directly in the window - existing blinds are not enough.

Absolutely wonderful, comfortable.

Perfect spot with access to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Quiet area with all of Colorado Springs at our fingertips. Our stay was 5 nights with no problems!!

A very nice place to stay. Sipping my coffee in the morning on the patio outside, watching the bunnies come down from the property across the street. Just peaceful.
