Beau et charmant bungalow de deux chambres et deux salles de bain Situé au coeur du vieux Northend historique. À distance de marche des magasins et restaurants du Colorado College et du centre-ville. Un grand parking hors rue est disponible.
Magnifiquement aménagé avec une cour clôturée très privée pour les réunions de famille et les divertissements. Cuisine gastronomique complète avec îlot et coin repas. Deux chambres avec lits queen peuvent accueillir quatre personnes. Solarium confortable à côté du salon, et un bureau / den qui donne sur l'arrière-cour. Salle familiale de niveau inférieur avec télévision à écran plat de 45 pouces; Laveuse et sécheuse dans le 2e bain. Magnifique maison et emplacement pour les réunions de famille. Perfect getaway in the Old North End

We genuinely enjoyed our time at 15E! The perfect setting to entertain family. We utilized every room in the bungalow, from the beautiful living room and dining area, to the sunroom for coffee, the fabulous kitchen and outdoor grilling area. Two nice sized bedrooms, with a shared bathroom/ shower. The owners were very gracious and made us feel right at home. I sure hope they are available the next time we visit the Springs!! Highest recommendations!!

This was a clean, nicely furnished home in a lovely, historic neighborhood. House had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend highly.

Second stay as delightful as the first

The house is comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen and patio. The neighborhood is pleasant and pretty with easy access to anyplace you’re going to want to visit. The owners are lovely and friendly. Highly recommended.

Amazing property!

We had the best stay at this amazing bungalow! The location was perfect, fantastic neighborhood, very comfortable beds, awesome decor and fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need. Greg and Lonnie were so helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent accommodation

This is a lovely, comfortable house! Everything was well provided for. We loved the back patio and had breakfast there every morning. There was even a delicious coffee cake to welcome us on our arrival!

Beautiful Bungalow in Old North End

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very well located and beautiful appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The Owners were helpful and responded immediately to a minor issue we had. We would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect oasis

We stayed in this beautiful home while visiting our son and daughter-in-love. We loved everything about it. It is so well stocked with all the things you could possibly need. Lots of towels in both bathrooms. The kitchen was filled with everything you could imagine for cooking and baking and even serving. The outdoor area was enjoyed as we still had really warm weather. The property managers/hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had. We got in late the first night but it was beautifully lit for us. The neighborhood was so charming and we felt very safe there. Also, really enjoyed the coffee cake! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful home in downtown Colorado Springs

This is my second time enjoying this property - and I'm a local Colorado Springs resident. The house is cozy and has everything we needed. The garden in the back is magical.

Lovely in every way

We loved our stay at this beautiful comfortable cottage. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and well stocked. The outdoor area is lovely. The owners were kind, communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable with beautiful homes and large open streets and sidewalks. Great location close to town. We really can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Beautiful updated home

Super cute property. Very clean. Many options for seating areas, etc. Great outside spaces when weather is nice. Kitchen well equipped. Only feedback would be for the owners to consider adding some kid friendly chips! Would stay here again.

Fabulous VRBO

When we drove up, we were so surprised the house looked just like the picture. Inside was the same way! Loved the furnishings and how it looked like someone actually lived there. I love how this historic home has been modernized, but still had the integrity of the age of the home. Original door knobs, door latches, lovely squeaky wood floors. The back yard looked like an English garden. Landscaping was so nice. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property. Felt right at home when we first walked in. Hope to come back to Colorado Springs again next summer. We will definitely rent this property again. This is a house that has had a lot of TLC.

Beautiful home in great location.

We had a great stay at 15E. The house has a lot of interesting touches. The kitchen had essentials for cooking so we were able to do a grocery run and make two good dinners, one using the gas grill. Great location for runners/walkers right near beautiful greenway trail.

wonderful little house in the Old Northend

We arrived after dark and the house was lit and the lock box was easy to open. We were greeted by soft cozy lighting and welcomed beds. We spent a lot of time on the back patio as well as the enclosed front porch. Greg and Lonnie were easy to get ahold of and they left us a delicious coffee cake that we enjoyed in the mornings. The location was perfect. We walked the neighborhood all the way to downtown. The Lime scooters were easy to find, we used them to go to The Tasty Freeze and the grocery store. We highly recommend this property.

Truly enjoyable and convenient stay

We were celebrating a mutual 38 year wedding anniversary with friends and chose this wonderful bungalow as our home base while in CO Springs. It was clean, towels were soft, water pressure was good, and communication with Greg was easy. From the description, it was hard to determine where the 2nd bedroom was and we assumed that the 2nd bedroom was connected to the 2nd bathroom. The two very comfortable bedrooms are actually connected to a Jack and Jill bath on the main floor with the 2nd bath in the basement. It worked out fine but would have liked to know going in how the layout was. It was really hot in CO Springs when we were there and the air conditioning kept up fine. The location was perfect with easy access to Manitou Springs, Garden of Gods, 7 Bridges trail, downtown and other attractions. If you are in CO Springs and looking for a good Chinese dinner, we can highly recommend the Shangri-La Restaurant up north. Of course, you have to sample Josh and John's ice cream. Wonderful time in CO Springs.

Excellent home in lovely area

A beautiful property in a quiet location. Every room is completed to a high standard and the house is stocked with all you need. The tv room, laundry and second bathroom are downstairs but it works well as the living areas on the ground floor are spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The sun room in particular is lovely for a morning coffee. Nothing negative to say and highly recommended.

Beautiful home close to everything

We had a wonderful stay and the property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, beds are super comfortable, garden/backyard is an absolute zen haven, and the home is located close to tons of great restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend!

Perfect and charming location!

We were in town for AF Academy graduation and other activities…it was a charming location with easy access to everything we needed! The house was super clean and quite comfortable. The owners had the Keurig coffee stocked and a lovely coffee cake waiting from a popular Dutch bakery, we so appreciated that extra touch as we got in late our first night! We hope to be able to come back and explore more!! Thank you!

Holiday Haven

This VRBO was peaceful, blissful,restful and delightful. Part of me doesn't want to tell "you", so I can keep it to myselft. ;) The owners were welcoming and easy to contact and be in touch with. The home is spotless, and tastefully updated and modern. All the upgrades are high quality work. For this season the Christmas decor was over the top. We enjoyed it so much we were tempted to skip seeing family, which was the reason for our visit. ;) I will definitely consider staying again when in the area. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Parking on the street was easy. If you "must", ;) don't hesitate to book this home for you next travel plans.
