The spacious living room is airy and bright with approximately 20’ clear story ceiling height. Connecting the entertainment to the heart of the home, the open concept kitchen gleams with a large peninsula that seats up to four people, stainless steel appliances and striking quartz countertops. The dining area is well positioned to sit and have a snack, while still being able to feel a part of the conversation, no matter if your friends are in the living area or cooking away in the expansive kitchen. Whether you decide to indulge in a delectable meal in the dining room or take the intimate gathering to the wrap around deck with ocean views, your meals setting will not disappoint. Off the kitchen is the laundry room and a sizeable walk-in pantry.
The main level has two bright & airy bedrooms and one bathroom. At the top of the steps is a catwalk that looks down to the living area and has views of the water. The expansive primary bedroom encapsulates relaxation and elegance with a its own private deck with gorgeous views of the ocean and a warm woodburning fireplace. Rounding out the primary bedroom are large closets and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom equipped with a generous double vanity, enormous glass encased shower accentuated with Bedrosian subway tiles with green hues and large rain shower head.
On the other side of the top level is an updated hallway bathroom with vibrant encaustic floor tiles, white subway tile surround, and modern vanity. Off the hallway bath a light filled bedroom with large corner windows, walk in closet and a treehouse feel.
The lower level of the home welcomes with its own living room/family room, a full kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Stepping out of the downstairs living room is a covered patio and gorgeous green yard ready for kids to play, pets to run free, and sunbathers to delight.
Casselena Carmel is perfect for your long stay in this beautiful town. Start your morning with a stroll to town, about a mile to Ocean Ave. and the start of all the shops and restaurants. Grab a coffee and a morning bun from Rise and Roam and meander down Ocean Ave. towards the beach. Don’t feel like getting sandy? Take the path on Scenic Ave. as you enjoy views of the ocean, Pebble beach golf course, and all the beautiful homes. Make your way back to Ocean Ave. for a late lunch where there are a multitude of restaurants to choose from, whichever cuisine you are craving! End your day back at Casselena Carmel, grab your favorite drink, relax on the comfy seats on the wraparound deck and sip as you enjoy the idyllic setting as the sun goes down on the ocean horizon.
