Adorable studio apt sleeps 4 Pets Welcome (pet fee is $50 per pet)
Welcome to our bottom part of our house in Saint Augustine.
In our studio apartment you will comfortable sleep 4 guest with a full kitchen and smart Tv. My favorite part is our murphy bed, also we have a fence back yard and bbq. We enjoy to be only 1 mile from ancient city and be located in a up and coming part of the city with a combination of new and old houses.
Apartment was very comfortable for three people. You can tell walking in that the rental is well cared for and thought was put into it. Will definitely keep in mind for next time as well. Thank you for the great stay!
The place was fantastic! The owners were super helpful and communication with them was extremely easy. The property was decorated beautifully and was very clean. There are some cafe's within walking distance of the unit for breakfast and lunch. The location was within about 5 to 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do in St. Augustine. My daughter and I would definitely stay there again.
Itâs a nice little downstairs apartment. Host is very responsive and they take pride in their property and the service theyâre providing. It is near train tracks so it can get loud a few times in the night, lol. But still enjoyed my stay, given price and walking distance to the music festival.
It was great a little scary getting in and out of the driveway itâs better to back in then to drive in. First day coming dishes where dirty in the dishwasher, microwave was dirty and the floors where a little dirty made my white new socks black and you couldnât control the temperature in the place you had to contact owner other than that it was a nice place ti stay in.
The property is cute and comfortable. We had a great time there, and it served our purpose for the weekend providing the comfort and privacy you can't find in a hotel. The two things I found to be off were that the bed is listed as a queen, we have a queen at home, and this was definitely smaller. Maybe a full? And there is only a space heater in the unit, which worked great for the room it was in, but not the rest of the house. I know that seems like something silly when you think of Florida, but we went on the first cold weekend of the year. We had a great time though; the hosts were great with communicating, it was close to everywhere we wanted to go, and it was a great little affordable space.
When we arrived, we discovered that the living room had no power, which meant no television or internet. After 4 communications and 24 hours, the owner finally arrived to help with a solution. There was no thermostat to control the temperature. I had to contact owner and he could adjust settings from his phone.
This property is close to train tracks, the train goes thru 3-4 times every night and during the day. King Street is very busy with traffic, sometimes hard to get out of driveway. Good for a short stay, we left after 4 weeks into a 7 week stay. Owner did relist for the last few weeks to try and compensate for leaving early.
The property is right next to train tracks. Its loud a few times through the night. There are ear plugs in the bathroom, so I believe theyâre aware of the noise. It was not disclosed. Pull out bed was dirty and had hair and crumbs , and primary bed had a a brown stain on the comforter( despite saying it was brand new) . We purchased detergent and washed all bedding and sheets, as well as towels and took trash out. We were charged damage to the comforter ( from washing it) , but again was given dirty bedding and tried to rectify it without bothering the host. We communicated directly with him, and he was not willing to work with us. Flooring was sticky . Bathroom was really clean and it is close to downtown
