Good.The front desk staff was very good, the room was clean! Bad.The air conditioner worked sporadically, the water in the shower would not get hot, wind would blow in under the door because half the rubber gasket on the bottom was missing.

Days In St Augustine Historic District

Very efficient room with amazing painting as backboard. Good response with staff and attendants, Very good location and taxi service. I will certainly stay here again when I return.

When we arrived in the lobby the person at the check in desk was surprised to see us. The lobby smelled like sweat and bad food. The floor & windows were dirty. Before even checking us in, she offered to cancel and said we’d get a full refund.

Best thing was pool

Room old and run down tv had no remote, bugs and blazing hot. Had to go get a fan. Staff was rude and only cleaned room on time in 7 days. And no we didnt have the do no disturb sign on. Wanted a king room and front desk said couldnt move. It was a trip from hell. Definitely would not stay at this property again

I was pleasantly surprised that our room had a fridge and microwave. Everything was great - it was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for my family of 4. The ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It's was the wrong place intirly

We were expecting to stay at the nice clean hotel that we read about and saw on the add but it was not our reservation, the run down motel beside the nice place was where we ended up having to stay. I was to dispute it at the time so we decided to just stay there for the night. Our room was damp and musty, and there were various stains on our sheets and towels. By far one of the worst experiences we have had with vrbo.

Great experience.

Lovely place, well appointed, with a super responsive and communicative host. While the bed and pillows in the bedroom were extremely comfortable, the pull out couch was not! So keep that in mind if you need extra sleeping space than the main room.

Went for one night and it did the job. Isn’t some elegant place but honestly had zero issues. We just needed one night to lay our heads and shower the next day. Clean, efficient service, ample parking, safe neighborhood, quiet, hot water, cool air conditioning, close to town/attractions.

Went for my 30th birthday and the conditions of the room were less than undesirable. Floors were not mopped or cleaned all prior to us coming. Dirt on the bottom of one of our comforters. Just overall filthy. We had to walk in shoes the whole weekend. Feet and socks would turn black otherwise. My friend mentioned this to the staff prior to check out and was met with a flat “sorry”. Definitely will NOT be staying there on my next visit to saint Augustine

The lady at checkin was very rude. The room wasn’t at all like the pictures. The floor was so sticky my shoes would stick to it as I was walking. Not close to everything as described. I wouldn’t stay here again.
