Also, 15 minutes away from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, University of South Florida, and Bayshore. 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. One hour away from Disney, Universal, or Legoland.

This newly renovated tropical retreat includes amenities such as: Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade, Grill, Outdoor dining, and High Speed Internet. Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. Your group will find ample space for dining, with two dining tables (one indoor and one outdoor) and seating for 14 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes bar seating, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The cozy living room features a smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. (The sofa in this room converts to a queen size bed if needed.) The master bedroom features a king sized bed. In the remaining two bedrooms you’ll find a queen size bed and two twin size beds. All bedrooms have large closets for storage. The relaxing backyard creates a zen mood with its lighting along the full perimeter fence. Your large group can relax poolside, cook dinner on the grill and then dine with a tropical view, in the privacy of this beautiful outdoor area.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Check in was a breeze - that was about the only positive thing about our stay. Cons: -the house had a terrible smell-pool was not clean (the “pool cleaner” came on Saturday but only changed the filter) -hot tub never heated up (even after following the instructions shown on the YouTube video provided) -not nearly enough towels for the amount of people -beds are equivalent to a brick -pull out couch was DISGUSTING. Thankfully we brought a blow up mattress-the floors were filthy, all of our feet turned black from walking barefoot in the house BIGGEST CON: During our stay the hot water heater busted & started to flood the house. I let them know as soon as we noticed the issue (Friday night). They told us the issue would be fixed on Saturday. I called several times throughout the day on Saturday & was told they were “talking to their team to find a solution”. By 8pm we still had no solution. I asked if we could get a partial refund for the inconvenience & that way we would go get a hotel for the night being that we had NO WATER & everyone needed showers. I was once again told they were “talking to their team”. It is now Sunday & we have checked out, never heard back from them Saturday night and was never offered any sort of resolution. We looked the rental company up & they have a 1 star rating on BBB…. If we could have known this prior we would have never booked in the first place.

Very cute!

Very charming and cute. Quiet neighborhood. No issues whatsoever. Not a lot of seating in the living rooms area though. It was a bit smaller then I expected and also the beds in the third room were twins and in the pictures it looked like they were fulls. Overall we had an amazing stay. The back yard and pool were incredible. I would absolutely recommend!

Decent Place

Overall, it was a good space. The neighborhood is really not that bad and it was like a 15 min Uber from everywhere which was nice. The outside/pool is great. Hot tub does not have a different temp than the pool. The grill did not even come close to working. There was also confusion with the listing. It shows 4 bedrooms and there are actually only 3. So 1 king, 2 twins, 1 queen, and a pull out queen. We were under a different impression. Luckily, we brought plenty of air mattresses. Also, there was a mix up about checkout. We had cleaners show up at 10:30 when checkout clearly said 11 in multiple areas. So we felt rushed getting out of the door. If the grill worked, there was no issue with the cleaners, and the bedrooms were accurate, I would have given this 5 stars.

Amazing

The whole process was so easy, the owner's were helpful every step of the way from the beginning when I had no idea what I was doing, to check in when they sent me helpful information days beforehand, to exact directions as to how to leave the house and everything was simple between that. Great experience I would absolutely recommend them. The pool was so much more than I expected honestly i expected a small little thing but it wasn't. Evrrythijg was perfect

Awesome Place .

The house was very clean , exactly like the online listing . Everything functioned properly, Kyle was a great host and was on standby at anytime to answer questions. 10/10 recommended and will be staying at this property again . Thanks once again .
