The unit was described, and we loved being able to take Cecil, our Boston Terrier with us. Cheryl was very helpful when we discovered our stove was not working, and it was a simple deal, just turning the breaker on. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again. Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our fur baby during our family vacation. Perfect location right on the beach and right across from great food and shops. We loved that this place was dog friendly and we were very comfortable throughout our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The photos are deceptive on how big the actual condo is. The cleanliness could use some work, mold on the ac vent and the bathroom was not cleaned to our standards.

the pictures are the unit plus we have video me walking thru that shows you the unit If asked we always send back cleaning so I cant speak for that most a/cs get little mildew around vents because of cold air on Beach/Humidty Ill keep trying its Great unit in great area

Beautiful location on the beach

Very nice small condo on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The stairs can be challenging.

Perfect vacation place

The studio is very nice, exactly as pictured! It was very clean when I arrived. Kitchen is stocked and there is an automatic icemaker in the freezer - nice. Excellent view, easy access to the beach. The maintenance staff was very friendly. The owner is very responsive to messages. I stayed with my pups, and I appreciated the nice "potty place" for them. I was happy to see that it's watered automatically, the sprinkler system washes the urine away so there is no stale smell. Dog Beach is a 1/2 mile away; it was very nice.

I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Spotless. Smelled great. New appliances. Ice was made. Quality towels in the bathroom. Great end unit. Perfect location for everything you need without driving to get it. Host responded within minutes to my request to book and questions I had.

Perfect location but dirty

The apartment, facilities and location were perfect. We enjoyed the time. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty upon arrival and we first had to clean everything, which was unpleasant. The vacuum cleaner was full of dog hair and dog poo.

EVERYTHING was PERFECT You said I always send back Cleaning if my Tenets ask they never asked So hard to say If it was Dirty I go behind my cleaning Often to check They do Good Job so Im sure Three Stars isnt Fair This is an SWEET updates ELEGANT Unit

Review

Over all property was clean and in good shape. Had other family staying there in other rooms. There experience was not the same. Their rooms were not as advertised and not updated much at all.

Not sure Why John is more worried about other Rooms when we are talking about this one I feel he gave me Four stars because of the problems his friends had with other Rooms There Next Time John Stay in those Rooms this Room is all new updates as u mentioned

Very nice clean studio

The overall Ambassador need more TLC but our studio was excellent. There is some sound from the road and karaoke but they close early and from ou studio . March Break was to much !

This place was perfect for my fiancée and two small dogs.Not a lot of room but perfect to lay my head down at night. Nicely updated.My dogs enjoyed small dark park to go potty. kitchen was fully stocked. Big enough frezer for a bag of ice. Perfect size refrigerator. Plenty of counter space. Air conditioner set on 66-67 kept us cool enough. Very centrally located. 1/2 mile from pier park and the doggie beach. Shukkums across the street which was very convenient on a day we were to tired to go anywhere, the food and Karoke were amazing. Walk to Diego’s Buritos for something different. if you want to enjoy your balcony just turn the air off while you are out there. Bed was firm but tolerable. I read some didn’t enjoy the comforter so I brought mine from home. Steps can be challenging and there is no elevator. Dave was gracious enough to let us check in 2 hours early. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Condo is exactly as pictured! Clean, right on the beach, pet friendly, and perfect for two. Although wish there were more than 2 washcloths. The laundry room is on the 3rd floor but couldn’t figure it out (could be operator error) so we went and bought new towels/washcloth's. Location is great being 1/2 a mile from pier park and dog beach! Loved the dog area for our Oscar to have a place to do his business. Good condo if you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night.. there’s not a couch.. (there are barstools and a swivel chair with foot rest). Great view of the beach from balcony. Shuckums across the street does karaoke at 5pm, which was fun to hear! You could hear sirens going off in the evening though. As far as space for clothes there is drawers and a space to hang clothes, however no hangers provided. Owner was gracious enough to allow us to check in early! Easy and efficient check in/check out as it is self check in! Thank you Dave for allowing us to stay here!
