Nice Property but Needs Attention

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall the property was very beautiful and well maintained grounds. The condo itself was adequate size for our family of four. Although the queen sofa bed had no linens (those were supposed to be in a closet) so we had to use an extra sheet to sleep on top of the mattress. The ac unit in the main bedroom had a massive leak that was running down the wall and the paint was bubbling out and leaking water to the floor. This was brought to the attention of the front desk but I was Told to call another number for maintenance to come look at it. This is the last thing we wanted to do while on our vacation. The shower curtain in the bedroom shower had mold growing on it, again I was told to call another number for housekeeping to come out as they are not on the property. We only were given 4 towels total to use for our week long trip. The batteries were dead in the remotes, which was just annoying. The front door we had to slam front door to shut it from the outside. Also, the toilet in the main bedroom would run constantly, the flapper in the tank was broken. The location of the property was good with lots of options for dining and beaches and super close to a few grocery stores.
