Cozy Boho home

This 2 bedroom and 2 bath was perfect for our family. The place smell good and it was clean, the area was also safe and pretty quiet during the night. You really have everything you need when looking for a vacation rental. Communication through e-mail was also good, it had all the information you needed from access to the house, where to find things and what to do the day of check out. I will definitely rent this place gain if we need too.

Great property and great location. Minor issue on arrival that property manager did his best to rectify though ultimately it was out of his control. Great communication and good stay!

Cozy getaway

We stayed here for a quick weekend, and it was very relaxing. Bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit so that was nice since we had 2 teenage boys with us. The boys were able to do their thing and we adults were able to relax in peace! Listing was exactly as advertised. Exceptionally clean and the host was the most responsive of any I’ve ever had contact with. Great experience!

Really great place for the weekend!

They had everything we could have thought of and more! If you’re one to forget towels, shampoo and conditioner or even ziplock bags they had them. Our stay was very comfortable and had everything we needed to house so many of us. We all had nothing but great things to say during our stay. The host had great communication and solutions to anything I had questions on. Highly recommend staying here :)

Perfect!

This house was wonderful for us, nice and comfy! There were seven of us and one would think it would not have been big enough but we had plenty of room. There is even a small yard for our dog. Kudos to the property manager! She was very responsive and helpful!

Did not stay due to lack of access.

Access information withheld by owner until after scheduled departure and notification to owner that trip had been cancelled due to lack of communications. Owner then blamed VRBO for not refunding money. VRBO claims owner denied refund. PayPal claims VRBO denied the refund. Visa notified to reverse the charge due to fraud. No one stayed at the property, trip was canceled due to owner lack of communications, and yet owner withheld entire amount of funds.

Cute place, quite neighborhood and centrally located.

Very nice place & well kept. Kenyada was very pleasant and responsive. Cozy beds, spacious living area and was a nice place to call home during our visit to Dallas. We will definitely choose this home again!

It was always a nice little breeze blowing in the outside area very quiet and on the corner away from everything. Cozy is an understatement it was one of the most comfortable stays I've had in a very long time. I had to reach out to the owner for the code to the pool and he answered within seconds overall 5 out of five

Just perfect for our trip

I loved the coziness of this little home, as well as the fact that both bedrooms had full, lovely bathrooms. It was quiet and clean and only 5 minutes from our kids, who live in Carrolton. Kenyada, the hostess, was pleasant and very nice. I'll definitely choose this home for our future stays. Thank you so much!
