Situated on a prime block in Corona Del Mar, just blocks from numerous shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean, is our newly-constructed tri-level condo with all the desirable styling, materials and layout anyone could want. It's the epitome of coastal living. Here's what you'll find throughout:
GROUND LEVEL
LIVING ROOM:
- Sofa set and additional seating
- Gas fireplace
- TV (with Streaming and Streaming Cable TV capabilities)
- Open floor plan to kitchen & front patio & side patio
FRONT PATIO:
- Outdoor seating
- Propane firepit
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked for meal prep and serving: dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- Central island w/ barstool seating
- All high-end stainless steel large and small appliances
- Dining table with seating for 5-6
- Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

- One covered carport space accommodates most vehicles, accessed via rear alley
- general street parking (metered and non-metered) throughout the neighborhood.

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.
30 NIGHT MIN:
This unit may only be rented for stays of 30 nights or more.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
PLEASE NOTE:
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups and families. To complete a booking, a deposit and signed rental agreement is required, which includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this property.
