We are thrilled to introduce this exceptional 2BR beach cottage in Corona Del Marânow available for reservations starting June 1, 2025!

Thoughtfully updated and stylishly furnished, it features central air, Viking appliances, and seamless indoor/outdoor living with a bi-fold door opening to the patio. Just blocks from top restaurants, a short stroll to the beach, and minutes from Fashion Island, this home perfectly blends vintage character with modern luxury. Here's what you'll find:

 - 65" Smart TV (with streaming capabilities)
 - Open floor plan to kitchen and front patio

 - Outdoor dining table with umbrella and seating for 4-5
 - Propane grill
KITCHEN:
 - Fully stocked for meal prep and serving: dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
 - Breakfast nook with seating for five
 - High-end stainless steel appliances, including a Viking range, fridge, and microwave.
 - Dining table with seating for 5-6
 - Guests must provide their own food, drinks, and paper goods

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

To complete a booking, a deposit and signed rental agreement is required, which includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
