Single-family home 🏠 in downtown HARISSON, NY, freshly renovated, in a quiet and peaceful environment (no train noise, no passing traffic).

🚂 Only a 3-minute walk from the MTA (Metro-North Railroad / HARISSON Station) (to NYC Grand Central Station with Express train in 32 min).
🛒 Also a 3-minute walk from all shops, restaurants, CVS supermarket, Starbucks, and more.

✔️Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, a Smart TV, a desk

✔️Bedroom 4: 1 single bed, a computer screen, a desk
✔️Bathroom: toilet, sink, shower/bathtub

As French people, we are sensitive to aesthetics 🤩, but we are particularly concerned about comfort and we strive to offer you the best possible experience 🤗.
We place particular importance on the comfort and quality of our bedding 🛏️.
All bed linens in the house are 💯% cotton and are, without exception, washed after each guest (duvet cover included).
All beds are provided with 1 duvet and 2 pillows per guest. The vast majority of pillows and duvets are feather 🪶 , light and fluffy.

All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.

A baby travel cot 👶🏼 is available if needed, and a high chair can be provided upon request.

We also provide each guest with a set of three 💯% cotton bath towels 🛁: one large, one medium, and one small.
Extra towels are available if needed.
The bathrooms are stocked with DOVE liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

There is no garden, but there is a small courtyard to the side and a terrace on the 2nd floor.

🚗 Street parking is easy and free. Please note: parking is limited to 4 hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Just moving your car a little is enough to comply with the rule...)
