Check-in instructions are sent automatically before or at check-in time once the condo is ready. If your travel plans require early check-in or late checkout, please let us know at the time of booking so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. A small fee may apply based on availability.

Our building is located in the lively center of the Isla Verde Strip, surrounded by hotels, bars, and restaurants. This prime location means occasional city sounds, especially on weekends or holidays. Bedrooms include white-noise machines, ceiling fans, and minisplit A/C units to ensure restful sleep.

Please note that luggage storage is not available on-site, and during high season (late November to late April), we often host back-to-back guests — making early arrivals or late departures difficult to accommodate.

Puerto Rico occasionally experiences brief, intermittent power interruptions — a normal part of island life. The building is equipped with 24/7 backup generators that power elevators, hallway lighting, and all common areas for your comfort and safety.
