Admirez la vue spectaculaire sur la plage d'Isla Verde et l'océan depuis votre balcon et toutes les fenêtres de ce condo non-fumeur récemment rénové et haut de gamme. Situé dans le bâtiment Marbella del Caribe Oeste (Ouest) avec accès direct à notre plage de sable immaculée et à ses eaux cristallines.

Le condo est parfait pour une famille de quatre ou deux couples. Il comprend toutes les commodités, notamment une télévision à écran plat, le câble, une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit, la climatisation, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et un mobilier et du linge de maison confortables et de bon goût. Des lits jumeaux XL dans la deuxième chambre se transforment en roi. Les chaises de plage, les serviettes de plage et les bodyboards sont également inclus.

Il y a une place de parking souterrain dédiée et une réception ouverte 24h / 24. Les locataires ont un accès complet à la piscine, au tennis et aux autres commodités des parties communes.

Idéalement situés au cœur d'Isla Verde, les locataires sont à quelques pas de restaurants décontractés, haut de gamme et en bord de mer. Walgreens est juste en face de la rue et CVS est à deux pâtés de maisons. Le vieux San Juan se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture ou en Uber. Séjour minimum de trois nuits.

It’s all about the view!

This is a lovely property with everything needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Hosts are responsive and kind, condo is clean, well-designed, and with stunning views of the ocean. It is stocked with wonderful details like boogie boards and lanterns. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great stay on the beach

The place is just as described. Right on the beach in a lovely section of Isla Verde. The beach is great, there is a nice pool and the location is easy for restaurants and the super market. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed coffee there to start our day. Having a washer and dryer is a plus as well. Big bonus, cable TV. We have found most rentals don’t have cable so we were able watch the playoffs on the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach. Would surely stay there again.

Absolutely breathtaking view!

The condo was perfect, just as advertised. The host were great to work with. The condo was clean, and the views were amazing. It’s in walking distance to most amenities. The beach chairs, cooler and rain umbrellas were an amazing perk! I would absolutely rent this condo again in the future.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had a difficult time getting the lockbox open but eventually won the battle. Had some noisy neighbors during one evening that kept us awake. The view is gorgeous & peaceful (most of the time) and exactly what we needed after a weekend of wedding craziness. A rug by the front door of the unit for sandy shoes would be great. If you are bashful about using a toilet/shower area that has a see through glass door from bedroom to bathroom, this may not be the place for you.

Perfect stay in Carolina

This was our first time visiting San Juan and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this beautiful property! The beachfront views were breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The amenities made our trip even more enjoyable—having beach chairs and boogie boards available was a fantastic bonus! The location was ideal, with plenty of great local dining options nearby. Plus, the secure facility made access in and out easy and stress-free. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Host; Perfect Location

We are a family of four who wanted a beachfront experience with easy access to restaurants and Ubers, and Casa de Michelle was perfect! The condo is beautifully updated with so many comforts of home provided. Michelle provided us with many great restaurant and excursion tips. It is so easy to relax at this location because everything you need is right downstairs. We can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely condo, amazing view

This 2 BR condo in the heart of Isla Verde was a great home base for our family vacation. The listing and photos are 100% accurate - the view from the balcony could not be beat. The owners really did think of everything - well stocked kitchen, beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, and igloo cooler, pool noodles, and highly detailed “welcome guides” to the unit and to the area. You can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. Very convenient w nearby supermarkets, restaurants etc in walking distance. 15 min from Old San Juan, 5 from the airport. The owners were highly responsive to all of my communications.

Blissful retreat at Isla Verde.

This oceanfront condo was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sunrise over the water every morning was pure amazing. The balcony was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the stunning views. We loved the direct beach access and the sound of the waves crashing” The panoramic ocean views were incredible, especially at sunset. We loved being able to just step out onto the sand right from condo.

Can’t get better than this!

It was a multi- generational trip to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and all of our first time to Puerto Rico. The hosts, Michelle and Brian were so easy to contact, answer questions and super accommodating! The location was perfect! The beach was amazing, the pool- amazing! The condo was perfect for us! And the beds convinced myself and my mom that we need new mattresses back home! If you are thinking about booking this place, do it! It’s a quick 10 minute drive to Old San Juan, 5 minutes from the airport and a car rental right accross the street! El Yunque is only 30 minutes away too! We loved our stay! Hands down the best hosts I have had with VRBO as well!

Great condo on amazing beach!

We took a girl’s trip to Puerto Rico and this property was perfect! We had an amazing time and the beach and condo are gorgeous. Michelle and Michael were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

Everything was perfect with our stay. The condo is beautiful. The check in process was detailed precisely. I loved having the chairs, cooler, and bogie boards to use while we were visiting. I hope to be able to come back and stay again.

Labor Day Escape in Great Place &Location

Casa De Michelle is so very conveniently located and the view is simple divine. You can hear the waves from both bedrooms which is so good for the soul. I was a single mom traveling with three children and was very happy with how secure the facilities were. My kids loved all the options and took advantage of the basketball courts and outdoor workout equipment was enjoyed by all. The beach of course was wonderful and right at your doorstep. I hope to return to this great location and for a longer period of time. The hosts were very responsive which was appreciated.

Hurricane Debby caused our visit to be shortened by one day. That was the only negative this trip ! The condo is beautiful and had everything that we needed for the beach - chairs, noodles, coolers, towels, boogie boards. The linens for bed and shower were very clean and plush and comfortable. The building was secure, clean and safe. The beach views were beautiful. The wall art in the condo was very nice. We had a great visit and are sad to leave.

Relaxing visit

The apartment is tastefully decorated.Very clean and had beside the usual beach chairs a volleyball and paddle ball equipment that we did not use ,since our stay was very short.Michelle and Michael were very quick to respond to any questions which I greatly appreciated.

Beautiful Place/Frustrating Experience

We loved our trip to Puerto Rico and the condo was as advertised with a beautiful view. Communication during the trip with the owners was easy and fast to respond. Unfortunately, we’ve been accused and charged for damages that we absolutely did not cause. We are an honest family and would have reported damages immediately if that were to ever happen. We’ve been renting from VRBO for years and have never been accused of leaving damaged property. Oddly, we weren’t notified of damages until 3 days after we departed. I have no idea what happened to the property after we left, but we did a full inspection and nothing was damaged. I learned of the additional charge and approached the owner. I was met with a threat that leaving a bad review would result in the same for me. I’ll trust the perfect ratings that every other owner has provided over the years because I believe this experience is important information to share. Lesson learned. We will take photos of any rental as we are leaving in the future.

I'm Michelle O'Brien and live in Park City, Utah. My husband Michael and I love Puerto Rico and purchased this condo in 2016. This is our only rental property and we take great care of it. I worked for many years at a Five-Star Hotel and we maintain this condo with a similar expectation of comfort for our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The views from the balcony and every window are amazing! Isla Verde Beach is spectacular -- Great sand, with warm and clear water. Isla Verde is very walkable with great restaurants of every type nearby. Old San Juan is a short drive away. We are just a few minutes from the airport but have almost no airport noise because we are beach facing on the 11th floor of the building.

We provide beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, and beach games. We have an on-site manager if any needs arise. The in-unit washer and dryer are very convenient. Overall, a great place for your Puerto Rico and Caribbean vacation!
