Magnifique appartement de charme avec piscine (2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et une demi-baignoire) situé à 10 PAS du sable de la plus belle plage urbaine de Porto Rico. Situé à Condado, San Juan, un animé (et la plus sûre) quartier. À distance de marche d'une variété de restaurants locaux et branchés et à 10 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport et du vieux San Juan. Nous avons une centrale en cas de coupure de courant dans la région, très importante depuis l'ouragan Maria !!!
Profitez de la brise paisible et du soleil le matin dans la piscine de toit piscine ou la plage, puis amusez-vous à explorer les restaurants, pubs, discothèques, etc. en Condado (boissons), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (discothèque), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) le soir.

Great vacation

Great location. Just a very short walk to the beach. Spacious accommodations. Only issue was shower in the second bathroom did not have hot water. Of all our past visits to Puerto Rico this was the the best place where we have stayed.The next time we come to San Juan we plan to stay with you again.I

Great visit

My friends and I had a great week at this property. It was a super quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to a number of shops, bars, and restaurants, great beach within a few steps, super easy to access the property, amazing penthouse pool and deck with views of the beach, the host Ana was very welcoming and quick to respond to any question, very short uber rides to Old San Juan, and the air-conditioning was in perfect order. Would definitely stay here again!

Roof top pool was the best!

We had a lovely week relaxing at this beautiful condo, but we enjoyed the roof top pool the most! Beautiful views and perfect for family time!

Getaway with childhood friends

The apartment was perfect for 5 of us. We had ample space and enjoyed the apartment, the pool, and the location to the beach. We took ubers, taxis, and rented a car for part of the stay. Easy with transport, close proximity to restaurants. We loved the vacation. We would do it again!

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here! So close to the beach, restaurants and grocery! Easy check in/check out and great recommendations from the owner about exciting things to do! The owners also recommended the tour company Fix a Trip - Sergio accommodated us last minute and our boat tour was amazing!! We would love to go back!

Fabulous vacation!

We had an amazing time. The villa was comfy, great location to the beach and restaurants. Morning coffee on the roof deck and checking out the stars in the evening. Beautiful view of the ocean and relaxing sound of waves.

Absolute paradise!

What a wonderful stay we had staying at the MAR. The rental was clean, and had was in a great location to many restaurants, and the beach. Coordinating the stay with Isabel was easy, and she was very helpful and knowledgable about the area. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this property!!

Wonderful accommodations and location!!!

We took our family of 6 to PR for spring break March of 2019. This is a wonderful apartment with enough room for us all. So close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a top notch yoga studio. We definitely recommend this location for other families.

Fantastic location and accomodation

The property was beautiful, with an amazing living area and very well kept rooms/bathrooms. The rooftop lounge and pool area was also a very relaxing spot to wind down after a long day or enjoy a few drinks before a night out in San Juan. The proximity to an excellent beach was one of the many great aspects to the property as well. I will definitely try to stay here if/when I make a return trip to San Juan.

Great space in San Juan

This property worked out very well for our diverse needs as a group. The rooftop patio was an amazing space to gather and enjoy the sunshine. We loved being so close to the beautiful beach with lots of opportunities for exploration & adventure in San Juan.

This was a great place. We loved the quieter location. The owners were there at the same time and they are such GREAT people. We would stay here again. We wish there would have been more bath towels. The place was very well furnished.

Perfect location & wonderful property

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach with great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Communication with, and recommendations from, the owner & manager were fabulous (thanks again for recommending Fix-A-Trip PR. Sergio, Ryan - rain forest guide, & Danny - surf instructor were all great). we've used many guides on other trips and these guys all matched up with the best we've had. Highly recommended all around.

Family getaway

What can I say, the view was amazing, the location is perfect. Quite, safe street. The open floor plan of the apartment worked well for us with a 1 yr old who wanted to just crawl and walk around. The whole trip was wonderful and the apartment gave it the home feel instead of the feeling of a hotel.

Fabulous vacation home , steps from the beach.

The house is amazing. I rent this house at least once a year. It's steps from the beach. The view from the pool area is breathtaking . The home is well kept and decorated to capture the feeling of island living. I cannot say enough about the owners, Ana and the cleaning lady. They are just wonderful and accommodating.

What a charming "La Casa"!

We loved the staying in MAR! We did not have the pleasure of meeting Isabel or Juan but Anna and the cleaning staff took great care of us. The house is located in a great area with easy access to resuarants, shops and the beach. The rooftop patio was AWESOME! We invited family over one night for dinner and enjoyed "hanging out" and catching up under the stars. We definitely plan to come back and stay again!

It was a dream vacation

This was one of my favorite vacations ever. The house is beautifully decorated and perfect for a vacation stay. We spent most of our vacation on the roof-deck pool, cooking barbeques or crossing the street to go to the beach. Amazing atmosphere in a beach neighborhood

Walking in the door we were struck by the amazing amount of light and openess that unit offer. Its clean, fresh decor enhanced our stay. The pool upstairs with an amazing view of the beach contributed to our stay. The pool provided a break from the beach and a great view to watch. The neighborhood was fun to stay in due to being walking distance to restaurants , coffee shops markets etc. Both Ana and Isabel were extremely accesible, generous and sweet. We will defenetly be back.

Stunning, perfect, amazing!

Do not hesitate to book with Isabel.this is a beautiful location in ocean park just a 5 min walk to the Condado. The beach access is right outside the door and the sand and ocean are perfect. Isabel has thought of everything including boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and beach ball. The condo has everything that you would need. Check in and out was easy and hassle free. Definitely a gem in San Juan. Stay here and you will not be sorry.

A FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!

We had a WONDERFUL time in PR. The apartment location was perfect for a little walking and although we “googled” the location, we couldn’t believe how close the beach actually was. We did rent a car so we could do some exploring, but there really would be no need. The location was about 10 minutes from both the airport and Old San Juan. We really enjoyed the BBQ and the ability to sit outside at night sipping our wine while enjoying the sound of the waves from the beach. Isabel was kind enough to take us to the grocery store upon our arrival and point us in the right direction as to the best places to eat and discover. A FANTASTIC 5 DAYS!!

We are a family of five. The parents are from Spain and one kid, the other two boys were born in Atlanta, GA. We moved to Puerto Rico 14 years ago and love this Island with our heart. Each room has ocean views!!!!
This apartments are precious for us and try to do our best in every detail. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our property manager, Ana, is available 24/7.

I love the breeze in the top roof pool. The beach in front of the apartment, the sunset, the sunrise, the location, the atmosphere, the puertorrican people, the food, the rain forest, the piña colada, the Mofongo, ocean park beach, Piñones, the Rain Forest El Yunque, the bioluminiscent bay, surf in #8, paddle surf in the ocean in front of the apartment, windsurf with friends, rum DonQ, the mangos, avocados and papayas, and my husband (:

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

In San Juan, there is nothing comparable with our two units sharing the top roof pool with the sound of the ocean, the breeze. This unis has a hammock too. We provide everything and stay available for anything you can possibly need 24/7.
Our WIFI system is fast and free optical fiber. The power plant is a must in PR!
