MB2E-Unique Terrace Two Bedrooms-Pool & Ocean View

These enchanting two bedrooms apartment has almost as much indoor living space as it does outdoor living space. The unique 1000sqf outdoor private terrace is the largest in this condominium complex and it all yours to enjoy privately while overlooking the pool and beach below. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, family reunion and business travelers. We have more one and two bedrooms available in this complex. This unit located on the 2nd floor in Marbella Condominium has Two bedrooms — Two Baths unit with 1000sqf approx. living area and 1000sqf private open terrace.

LIVING/DINNING: The living room area has a very comfortable couch and chair for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the 60 inches SAMSUNG flat screen TV. It also has a dry bar area with wine glasses, champagne glasses and refrigerated wine cooler. Sofa bed for 1 or 2 guests.
The dining area has a beautiful glass table with quirky seating for four people. This unit has beautiful original art painting pieces from a young Puerto Rican artist.

KITCHEN: The bright new open kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, top stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, everything you need for basic meals. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.

ACCOMMODATION: The two tastefully decorated bedrooms have in the master bedroom a king-size bed for two guests, smart TV NO CABLE but with Internet access, a lounge chair, twin nightstands, a dresser, a work desk with a lamp and chair, a luggage rack for the traveler in mind and private bathroom with shower.

LA TERRAZA/THE TERRACE: The private oversized (1200 sqf) terrace is our best kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee, smoke, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon.
Has a large table to seat 10 of your family or guests, rustic patio setting, two lounges and a Weber electrical grill for your night and day grills. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

DISINFECTION STANDARDS:
— We included in-room hand sanitizer, soap, shampoo, and disinfectant for your convenience.

— We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. WE ONLY INCLUDE 1 FOB, IF YOU NEED EXTRA FOB WE CHARGE A $40 SECURITY DEPOSIT.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the “main drag”. This unit located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and be fun!

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Excellent location but…

Excellent location but condo needs deep cleaning and upgrades. Furniture is tired and some things really need replacing. Strange to have no dish drainer available but big emphasis on doing all your dishes before leaving.King bed needs a new and better quality mattress pad!

Everything we expected.

We spent 2 weeks at this property. Convenient location, beautiful beach and within walking distance to many activities. Unfortunately there was a Island blackout for 36 hours starting on News Years Eve Day. It was a little uncomfortable but we survived. There were flashlights and candles provided in the Condo. There was a generator for the Lobby, Elevators and Hallways so we were able to charge our devices. Most of the larger restaurants and Hotels had power due to generators so we were able to dine out. The Condo also allowed us to check out a couple hours later, which was helpful. Pics were as expected but on the terrace there was only one chaise lounger. I informed them about it, but the issue was not solved. I think it could have been in the 2 week span.

Loved the unit. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Even the 4 stars I gave on some categories would have Ben 4.5 if I had that option.If I have any recommendations, it’s on what could be. The patio could be amazing, what is under- imagined and resourced. 90% of the furniture is on a too-big table 10 or 12 chairs, when the place only holds five and you’re not allowed to have many guests. There’s only one beach lounger (again, for a unit of five), and most of the umbrella space is reserved for the table. The padded seating to the left is interesting, and perfectly useful for some, but completely useless for others who are not interested in laying completely flat in the sun. In general just an opportunity missed.Just a suggestion: at least invest in a couple more lounge chairs. Management was very responsive when we had a question. And the unit was exactly as expected. And we loved our time in the Carolina neighborhood. A little grittier street life than Condada Beach, and not much shopping,but that didn’t bother us at all. The beach was as good or better in my opinion. Pool was good.Like I said, we would rent again. Thanks for the fun time.

Needs some Attention has potential

This place has so much potential, pictures looked great but in person lacks the TLC, I knew right away it was run by a management co. And not owner. Check- in was at 4:00 but cleaners weren’t done till 5:00. Did not have tv for 3 days, was replaced the 4 th day. Patio was large but so neglected, broken dirty chairs, table is chipping, plants are dying and dry, beach cabinet asesorías were moldy. Patio floor needed a power wash desperately. Dryer never worked, I tried everything only blowing cold air. 2 nd bathroom lighting was so dim it looked like a cell block. Closet in bathroom was scary to open I was afraid an insect would come out. . Second bedroom just bed and dresser and black shades no tv? Blister in master bath attached to wall like a motel. Hallway corridor walls are chipping paint, not welcoming. I would have looked past it if the apartment was cleaned. Too bad it’s in a great location with nice views and that patio has so much potential. Entire place needs an entire refresh. I believe I left cleaner than I received. Communication was there but lacked speed. Hopefully next guest has a better experience.
