 Just a few steps up the spiral staircase to your private roof deck and you will be enjoying a 360 degree view of the Phoenix Valley. . Countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. Including one on the first floor of the building! (Daily Dose - Fantastic Food!) Just a short walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Condo will easily accommodate 4 people with 2 separate private sleeping areas with King bed in Master area. At night pull down the queen Murphy bed to convert the sitting area to a bedroom by sliding over the 9 ft tall frosted glass divider partitions. Master bedroom area can also be closed off with the same type of 9 ft tall dividers.
Underground garage parking available in the building.

Not enough words to describe how fantastic our stay was!

Ross is THE host with the most!!!! Amazing communicator. Before during and after our stay. He greeted us outside the loft, led us into the parking garage and helped carry our luggage up (bonus cart available!) he walked us through his entire home and showed us every single thing!! He had an oscillating fan which we used to drown out the cars that drive by after our bed time 😉. We were there for weeks and weeks and technically moved in! I cooked many meals and had every utensil and pot needed! When the change filter light came on in the fridge h ordered it thru Amazon and came and changed it within 2 days. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here!!

Great location, fantastic Condo!

My wife and I made our second trip to Spring Training, and chose to stay at Ross' Condo, right in the heart of Old Scottsdale. The property was perfect for us! The Condo itself was very clean, had all the right amenities we needed, and we loved the balcony and roof deck. We enjoyed the sunrise views and 360 degree panorama of the area...especially of Camelback Mountain! For us, what attracted us most about Ross' Condo was the location. It's right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. 15 minute walk to Scottsdale Stadium through Old Scottsdale to enjoy some games, and 15 minute walk to the Waterfront to enjoy some fine dining and shopping. Though the Condo is right above somewhat of a late night party scene, the noise was not an issue for us. We could leave the 10' tall glass double doors open to take in some excitement and fresh air, or we could close them and draw the curtains to drown out the sound. Overall we had an amazing time staying there, and plan to again next year!

Amazing condo in perfect location!

I have rented several vacation homes/condos, and I have to say this was definitely a standout. Ross's condo is amazing, very modern yet comfortable. The views from the private rooftop deck were beautiful and we spent the evenings on the patio with a perfect view of the center of Oldtown. What can I say about the location? Perfect. It's so convenient to be able to walk everywhere with so many different restaurants and shops to choose from, and you can't beat the private underground parking. Ross was so nice and always quick to respond to any questions. All of the suggestions for things to do/restaurants to try were very helpful. Starbucks is right next door and the restauraunt (The Daily Dose) on the ground level of the building was delicious! We would definitely come back again...thanks again Ross!

Location, location location!

This is an industrial chic condo in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale. It was clean and very well maintained. Also, the owner responded quickly to our texts. It is a nice size for a couple. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who likes to be in the middle of the action. Restaurants, art galleries, southwest stores and jewelry shops abound. Also, it is within easy walking distance to the Scottsdale Fashion Mall. For those who don't like to walk, there is a free shuttle. The kitchen is outfitted with the basic pots, pans, dishes etc.,, but is not for those who want to cook gourmet meals.

Great place, wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Place was great, nice welcome touches with a bottle of wine. Nice location. Easy parking. My only heads up is this is more like a huge studio than a two bedroom as the rooms are open until you slide the partitions. We loved the openness since it was just the two of us. We would definitely go back.

Amazing location and the unit was fantastic.

We absolutely loved the location! Everything was great inside the unit. The views from the balconies were incredible. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Had the most amazing experience. Ross was only a text away.

Couldn't ask for more!

My husband and I loved our stay at Ross's place. The location is great! We walked to dinner every night and then spent the evenings enjoying the weather and the 360 degree view from the roof top deck. The place was perfect inside as well and we would love to stay there again.

Awesome Place!

What a beautiful loft! The owner knows hospitality and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay. There was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us up on arrival with chilled bottled water in the frig. The loft is very clean and clutter free with a kitchen that includes all the right equipment for weekend cooking. The location is wonderful - right in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale, walk every where. Awesome restaurants, shops & walking surround this place. We never noticed the traffic sounds, not an issue for us at all. The owner is very easy to contact if you have any questions. He checked in on us during the weekend via text, left great instructions along with wonderful restaurant suggestions. We would truly stay here on another trip to Scottsdale. Thank you!

Great Old Town location!

Ross was great to deal with from start to finish and the condo was great just like the pictures. We would love to stay here again and I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. We used it as our home base to take our daughter on three college tours and it was perfect! Great property & owner, heart of Old Scottsdale

My wife and I had a great stay here in delightful Old Scottsdale. Literally can walk/access all of what thus area has to offer. Great shopping, restaurants, music, etc. Owner of property was very responsive and provided a lot of great local information. We were given access to a refreshing pool that is only 5-10 min walk. The property is great. Clean and pretty much stocked with most amenities that you could need to maintain self-sufficient time away, meal prep, laundry etc. underground parking kept vehicle safe and cool. Would highly recommend and will likely book this again. Very happy.

This was our second time visiting Ross's Condo and once again can't fault it. The location is right in the centre of Old Town and all the shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. You have the Daily Dose below you that serves great breakfast and Grimaldis pizza just over the road, what more can you ask for!! Ross also provides lots of information that will help your stay. The Condo itself is really nice and open and very clean with all modern appliance's. (Which were all well used this time) The one thing that stood out slightly more this year was the road noise, but to be fair would not stop us from returning again. Had an awesome time and thanks again Ross.

Perfect Location!

My wife and I spent a weekend at this condo and we can't wait to go back. The loft has a nice open floor plan and it was immaculate when we arrived. Ross gave us some suggestions on where to eat, and where to hangout depending on the type of night or crowd we wanted to be with. Ross was extremely helpful. There are so many restaurants and bars that within a walking distance and that is just what we did. The loft is right above the Daily Dose which made breakfast super easy. My wife was happy that Starbucks was a 2 minute walk. Thank you Ross! We had an awesome stay and expect us back hopefully sooner rather than later.

Great Location!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well stocked. The traffic noise is definitely present but I noticed there were ear plugs provided! Overall a great rental.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to navigate.

My son and I spent the weekend here for the Final Four. The location was great with access to many restaurants and bars nearby. The unit was very clean and user friendly. Ross was very helpful and organized. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to getting back to Scottsdale.

SF Giants Spring Training Trip

This was my dream trip as a life long SFGiants fan. With the kids off to college and a little more free time, we finally made it to Scottsdale! We were so fortunate to find this condo for our home base! The location was perfect! So many drinking, dining and shopping options within 5-6 blocks walking distance. The stadium was so close, we didn't even look up the free shuttle schedule. The condo was awesome! Great loft architecture. Open floor plan with all the comforts of home. Beautiful decor! There is a main bedroom and a second "convertable" room with a Murphy bed. Wonderful sliding room dividing doors to create privacy when needed. Great terrace off the main floor AND a roof-top terrace with amazing views of Scottsdale. The owner Ross was wonderful. He was proactive and attentive. There were fresh flowers, snacks and water for us upon arrival. He quickly answered our questions. Upon returning home and unpacking, I realized I'd left two items behind. I contacted Ross and he immediately replied that he would send me my items. I've sadly done this before in a hotel and I never saw my possessions again. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay in Scottsdale. You cannot go wrong!

Perfect condo & location!

This was the second time we stayed at Ross's condo, renting for 2 weeks in March. The loft was in perfect condition, clean, modern and with all the amenities one could ask for. I contacted Ross via text and email during our stay, and he always responded promptly. There were no issues with the loft, I just had some questions. The location cannot be beat, we walked to dinner every night and there were many more restaurants in the area that we didn't have time to try. It's fun to watch the people in Old Town and enjoy the mountain view from the rooftop deck. Lots of shopping nearby, whether you want unique shops or a huge mall - all within a short walk. We were there during the height of spring training and St. Patrick's day so there were lots of people out in Old Town every night. Noise from the streets and nearby bars was not a problem for us. I absolutely recommend Ross's loft to anyone considering a stay in Old Town.

Couldn't ask for a better place to call your weekend home

Ross was one of the most engaged host I'm ever had. Gave clear instructions and even had a laminated list of things to do, places to go and even had nightlife on there. I was really surprised at how secure the building was getting in and out. When I first walked in it felt like I was at the revealing of a home makeover show, just beautiful. The location was perfect, usually you have your over priced hotels in old town that offer very few amenities. I let Ross know that if and when I come back to Arizona for a visit, his home will be the first place I look for vacancy. Best experience I've ever had.

Apartment and Location are outstanding!!!

We were looking forward to our stay in Old Town Scottsdale and our very high expectations were exceeded. The condo has everything including an East-facing patio to see the sunrise and a private rooftop patio to get sun all day long. The location is the absolute best, right at the gates of Old Town Scottsdale with plenty of fabulous restaurants, music, shopping and art galleries. We never were at a loss to find something to do and at times enjoyed a relaxing evening in the condo in which we felt as if we were at home. The whole communications process to rent and enter and leave the property was very clear and easy to follow. The upfront information, as well as the list in the condo gave us all the information we needed to just relax and have fun. Ross Fasano was the perfect "invisible" host but always available by phone or text to answer any questions, of which we had very few to none. The value of this great place and its location far exceeds anything you would get at any fine hotel removed from the action. We are definetely planning on staying here again next year, if not sooner.

Great apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment is in a great location - right in Old Town Scottsdale - you can walk to many restaurants, shops, the Scottsdale Center for Performing Arts, etc. Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Loved the terrace!
