This house has it all and the heated pool is right next door!! All you need to do is come & enjoy this spacious 5 bedroom home in a gated community. Amenities galore! You want it? We have it!!
Beautiful stained concrete floors abound the main level, while warm wood floors cover the second level. Master bedroom with bath on main level and 4 additional bedrooms, and 2 more baths upstairs. Great for multiple families!!
When you need a break from the sand and surf, you can play a game of ping pong in the garage. The kids have a great area in the second living room-Bumper pool table, flat screen/DVD, mini-fridge, wet bar, and a dinette. Feel like staying in longer?? You can lounge on the couches and watch a movie on the 70' smart tv, or play any of the board games. There is also Ladder Golf and Bean Bag Toss. The larger kitchen is well stocked so that you can easily prepare meals for you group and seat up to 14. You can even cook outside with the charcoal grill. There is also a custom patio with a fire pit area. You won't want to wait to book your next stay with us. This is a pet friendly rental.

**4 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!

2 minutes from the local super market, Beach Access 1A and the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) The Friday Life VW26 provides 4 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 4 vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the golf cart can fit. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 26. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

New Wave staff are amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Registration and check in on app were convenient! Everything we requested was taken care of almost immediately. Unit was well supplied and there was more than enough room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was good for our group, but we will likely not stay at this specific property next time. The location has several exterior lights that do not turn off and come right into the windows. Because there no blinds, it makes it hard to get rest. The property (as well as Chic Charmer, our other rental) did not have cookie sheets so we weren't able to cook a lot of the groceries we ordered. The beds were not very comfortable and mattresses were very loud every time you moved. It fit out group size wise, but we just prefer the other homes that we have stayed in the area for comfort reasons.

Place was awesome and everything was as advertised. Property team was quick and polite with any questions. If you’re taking little ones I would take a gate for the stairs.

Great location, great place to have a little family getaway. The home was clean and the management was super! Easy communication and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

We will be selling and including: Protect Port A bracelets in all guest gift baskets. Our mission extends to our guests through our "Welcome Baskets." Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
