The Kona Pacific E633 has undergone a delightful upgrade! It now boasts a stunning new walk-in shower. The guest bath's has a bath/shower combo and a new vanity. In the living room, a super comfortable sofa sleeper accommodates up to four guests, making this one-bedroom, two-bath unit a cozy haven.
Nestled in a beautifully landscaped complex, this condo is conveniently located in the heart of the Historical Kailua Village area of Kona. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer and FREE parking, with the designated parking stall just a stone's throw away from the unit. The walkway to the building, devoid of stairs and featuring an elevator, ensures easy access to your home.
Two window ACs keep the unit comfortably cool, while the bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed. We've meticulously prepared this condominium to provide you with a memorable stay on the Big Island of Hawaii. Hualalai Mountain stands majestically visible from the lanai, offering breathtaking views.
Indoors, the unit remains quiet, especially when the AC is running, but you may occasionally hear the gentle hum of nearby traffic. This location is simply ideal, as you'll find yourself across the street from the breathtaking Kona Coast Sunsets, a variety of fun restaurants, and convenient shopping options.
This unit comes complete with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for your guests' enjoyment.
