Important UPDATE: Today’s date is May 4, 2026. The construction of a new pool, jacuzzi, courtyard and my private patio is finished. The pool and jacuzzi area are NOW OPEN. They opened on May 1, 2026, after a beautiful renovation that lasted one year, exactly. It was worth the wait and construction disruptions. You can now disregard all the pictures posted by my previous guests regarding construction, as well as negative comments regarding dust, noise, etc. As of today, the hotel is working on landscaping the hotel courtyard and it is expected to end on May 25, 2026. My private patio, even though still closed, is finished with all construction and landscaping and it looks beautiful. The sliding glass door to access my private patio is not blocked off. You can open the sliding glass door and/or see through it. The hotel, however, is not allowing any guests into my private patio until May 26, 2026, date in which all private patios are expected to be finished with their landscaping. Opening of my private patio could be sooner, but I can’t confirm that now. Thank you for your patience!
My unit (512) is on the 5th floor. It is good to point out that the fifth floor looks like the 1st floor. My unit faces the courtyard, which is landscaped and gives it a ground-level look in the photos, it is accessed by the elevator.

Located on the 5th floor, suite 512 has been recently UPDATED. It has beautiful marble floors throughout. The new flooring was finished in October of 2024. This unit is fully stocked and it is the closest to the pool area. The garage is also a quick elevator ride to your unit. Unlike the majority of the units at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort, this unit has its own landscaped large PRIVATE patio, literally steps away from the pool and pool bar. Take a look at one of the posted pictures for a visual image of the large patio. Just open your small patio gate and you will be about 25 feet from the pool area.
The fifth floor, where my unit is located, is where the resorts’ garden terrace is located. It is fully landscaped so it gives you a sense of being on the ground floor. It is difficult to picture it and to appreciate its beauty unless you are there.
To get to the ground floor/beach, take one of the elevators. The elevators open up to a beautifully landscaped path that will take you to the beach.
Marco Beach Ocean Resort is a luxurious, all-suite, beachfront, boutique resort on the white sand of Marco Island. My unit faces the sunset, which you can enjoy from your large private patio. There is no view of the water from my unit.
This suite has a new king size bed with a comfortable firm mattress and new linen. It also has a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with new linen as well. There are 2 tvs in the condo, a full size stove and microwave. There is also a new small refrigerator with a separate freezer. If you need ice, you could simply walk down the hall from my unit to the ice room. There, you will have access to an ice-maker machine with all the ice you may need.
This units comes fully stocked with all the cookware, glassware and bakeware you need for your vacation. Utensils, a blender, a toaster and a coffee maker are also included. It has a granite countertop.
There is a trash shoot behind a door located in the hall, just a few doors down from my unit. When your garbage bag fills up, walk it here please. Thank you
My unit has a LARGE classy marble bathroom. The walls in the shower and bathtub are tiled in marble. The lavatory has granite countertops. I provide you with 7 large bath towels and a couple of hand towels. All are good quality towels. Also, there are 4 beach/pool towels, a large newer Tommy Bahama beach umbrella and 2 newer beach chairs for you to enjoy.
Private garage parking is included for free. You will be parking in the owner’s area of the garage (2nd floor). Wireless Internet and cable-tv are also included for free.
The resort has several amenities to include Gym, full-serviced Spa, heated swimming pool and hot tub, pool chairs, umbrellas at the pool, private beach access path. Also included is the beach front grill (near the sand) amenities. They serve great food and cocktails. Come here for a salad or a sandwich.
There are several restaurants available within walking distance. Some are fancy and expensive. Others aren’t. Try our beach bar with great salads, sandwiches and drinks.
One of the most beautiful and classy restaurants in all of Marco Island (Sale e Pepe) is located at our resort. Sale e Pepe is an award-winning 5-stars, fine Italian restaurant. It has great food, fancy drinks, a great wine menu, spectacular art pieces and classy ambiance. It makes you feel like you are in Italy. Sale e Pepe faces west. The sunsets are truly spectacular from here. You can see the ocean from its terrace. For a spectacular view of the beach while dinning, request an outside table.
Your other great options for nice restaurants are all walking distance, within the JW Marriott, located two hotels over. You can choose from elegant and expensive to beachy and reasonably priced. They have12 diverse food and beverage restaurants that will certainly inspire your palate and take you on a global culinary experience. You can access these restaurants via the sand or the sidewalk located on the front of the hotel. My favorite restaurant - aside from our on-premise Sale e Pepe Italian restaurant- is located at the JW Marriott. Its name is Ario and it offers great dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood. Their wine menu is enviable. Open only for dinner.

Everything was lovely. The condo is comfortable and beautiful. Very clean. Not being able to use the patio was a bummer. Lacking a view, but the location was perfect and we had lovely time. Washer/drier would have been helpful with only one set of towels for multiple days. We would visit again. Beautiful place. Mark was very responsive and attentive host. We had a smooth and positive experience. Thank you!

I knew the pool was closed but I didn’t realize we couldn’t use our balcony also. I’m not sure if it said or if I just missed it. Staff at resort was not friendly or helpful with questions about resort.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations.
The pool closure was disclosed prior to arrival, and we do our best to clearly communicate any temporary limitations related to the resort. The balcony access restriction is something that can occasionally be implemented by the resort for safety or maintenance reasons, and I understand how that could be frustrating if unexpected. It was previously disclosed.
Regarding the resort staff, I’m sorry to hear your experience with them was not as helpful as it should have been.
Had I been made aware of your concerns during your stay, I would have gladly assisted in real time to help improve your experience.

Wonderful get-away!
August may be hot in Southwest Florida, but we loved this quick get-away! The condo was perfect! Great location and easy access to the beach! Clean, comfortable and great staff!
