You will fall in love with this brand new, light, bright, coastal themed, beachfront condo on the 7th Floor, in the Apollo building. Our remodel was just completed at the end of 2023. Everything inside the condo is new.... from the dishes, small & large appliances, to the TVâs, bed, linens and artwork. We have a good reputation, with over 70 Five-Star đđđđđ Reviews! The Apollo is only 1 of 5 beachfront properties where "Weekly" Rentals are permitted, while also providing the CLOSEST WALK TO THE OCEAN. It is the only weekly rental building that offers a beachfront restaurant on site. And, only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! The JW Marriott is less than a mile away.
-LIVING ROOM: A gorgeous view of the beach! A Giant 65â Flat Screen Smart TV, able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). An "electronic blind", on the patio sliding door, so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.
-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, a large Electric Griddle, Blender, Toaster, pots & pans, bakeware. You'll also find kitchen soaps, dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels provided (to get you started). Dine at the large quartzite kitchen island, or "al fresco" on the balcony.
-BATHROOM; We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your favorite toiletries & sun screen.
-BEDROOM: A new comfy King sized bed and a new Large 55â flat screen Smart TV.
-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not âcrampedâ. The condo is only 505 square feet, so itâs just a cute âlittleâ condo.
-BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach cart. We also supply the beach towels for you.
-LAUNDRY: Credit Card Operated laundry is available just down the hall. We provide laundry soap. However, I canât guarantee it will always be there, if theyâre used up without my knowledge, or kindly replaced.
-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay, provided the parking pass has been returned to them.
-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a hot tub/jacuzzi.

-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. Easy pick up & drop off, directly on South Collier Blvd. NO EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES. IF the condo is available, the maximum allowable time is 2 hours early, or late, and a flat EXTRA FEE of $100.00 will be charged. (Must be coordinated in advance)
-WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL âDEEP CLEANINGâ IN ALL OF OUR CONDOS
-TURTLE SEASON is from May 1st-October 31st. Renting during âTurtle Seasonâ requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. These fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.
Pre-Registration is required by the Apollo HOA, for all vacationers. Please ensure this is done at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival. The link will provided for you, in your "Arrival Instructions" that we send.
We describe everything as accurate as possible. If you have any questions prior to booking, we are happy to assist you.
We STRONGLY urge all renters to purchase "Travelers Insurance" in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All companies require you to purchase this within 24 hours of booking your vacation. If you choose not to purchase Travelerâs Insurance, the risk of any travel interruptions, illness, death in the family or other various lifeâs curveballs will be your own responsibility. There is a 3% fee for all credit card charges. A âHoldâ of $500 is placed on your credit card and returned after your stay, if all is well. (Lost keys, locksmith, extra cleaning, early/late arrival, etc., that isnât covered by the insurance)

Host was very nice and answered all questions immediately. Rooms were very clean! The only problem I had was dirty cups in the cabinet. Normt sure if that is from previous renter or cleaning staff. Definitely not the owners fault!
I enjoyed my stay more than any words could describe! I was there to do some reflecting and healing and mission was accomplished. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING you need will be there. I felt right at home! Tracy was very responsive when I reaching out with questions. I canât wait to retrun next year.
The condo was in excellent condition, right on the beach and fantastic views. The owners provided everything needed and much more. All the beach gear you could ask for made the stay fantastic. Owner was very responsive and provided perfect details on steps to take upon arrival and check out. We plan to stay again next year if possible.
This was a fantastic place to stay! It was very quiet and we enjoyed trip there. The host was amazing to work with, it was very clean and it felt relaxing. I would highly recommend it here!
This unit is a perfect choice to enjoy some beach time in Marco Island: the view, the location, the proximity to the water, the comfort of the unit can't be beat.
The condo was perfect for us two! The viewâs spectacular! Easy access to the beach. And the host/ owner was an amazing and responded promptly! Would definitely stay again!
This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Tracy's beautiful condo. The size was just right for my husband and me. It was spotless and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and for the beach. The bed was very comfortable. The weather was perfect everyday & we loved the beach, hot tub & pool.
We were there for over a month. As the condo is well maintained and stocked, everything is wonderfulâŠâŠ.the view and location are awesome, the furniture and bed are comfortable, the condo is updated and very clean, and the owners are very responsive to your needs. Any question we had was answered immediately. A couple rolls of toilet paper, paper toweling, garbage bags, soap, etc. are left to get you started. The VRBO description to rent is very accurate. I canât say enough good things about the stay. Tracy and Michael are excellent hosts!
The property matched the listing perfectly! Modern, clean, efficient with a great view and direct access to the beach. Safe and quiet. The rental agency and property owners were very helpful and timely. We are already considering another rental next year. Can't miss!
The condo was amazing- exactly as described and everything was top notch. Great location-close to everything on top of the BEST ocean view which was amazingness. I highly recommend and we will book again in the future.

We chose the south end of Marco Island because the walk to the ocean is the shortest walk there is available! We also like how it's quieter down here. We chose a beachfront property, because the views are simply spectacular!
