Magnifique condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain au centre-ville de Breckenridge. Une vue imprenable sur les pistes de ski depuis le salon, la salle Ă  manger et depuis l'immense terrasse. Marcher partout - 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons jusqu'Ă  la rue principale, marcher jusqu'aux pistes, aux sentiers. Nouveaux luminaires. Cuisine et salles de bains rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©es. Nouvelle peinture et revĂȘtement de sol partout. Nouveau boĂźtier en aulne nouĂ© pour un look montagnard rustique.

La cuisine, la salle Ă  manger, le bar du petit-dĂ©jeuner et la salle familiale sont tous ouverts comme une «grande salle». La salle familiale dispose d'une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plasma, de deux grands canapĂ©s (dont un gigogne queen-size). Trois grandes fenĂȘtres vous permettent de vous asseoir sur le canapĂ© et de contempler la vue imprenable sur les montagnes.

La nouvelle cuisine bien équipée comprend des comptoirs à surface solide, de grandes armoires en cerisier et des appareils en acier inoxydable (réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Il y a aussi une cafetiÚre et un grille-pain.

La suite principale a son propre dressing, combo bain / douche, toilettes, lavabo, plinthe chauffante sur thermostat sĂ©parĂ©, lit queen-size en chĂȘne massif, grande commode avec miroir, miroir mural pleine longueur, deux tables de nuit, deux fenĂȘtres , TV LCD 32 'avec satellite. La deuxiĂšme chambre a son propre placard, plinthe chauffante sur thermostat sĂ©parĂ©, lit queen-size, commode Ă  six tiroirs avec miroir, miroir mural pleine longueur, deux tables de nuit et une fenĂȘtre.

La troisiĂšme chambre a des lits superposĂ©s doubles, un siĂšge d'amour, un miroir mural pleine longueur, une armoire, une table de nuit et une fenĂȘtre. La deuxiĂšme salle de bain a une zone de vanitĂ© sĂ©parĂ©e avec un lavabo sur un long comptoir et un grand miroir. Les deux salles de bains ont la baignoire / douche et les toilettes dans une petite piĂšce sĂ©parĂ©e fermĂ©e de la vanitĂ©.

Le porche avant a un placard sĂ©parĂ© pour vos skis / snowboards / poussettes / etc avec un verrou Ă  pĂȘne dormant. Vous pouvez garer vos vĂ©los sur le porche avant, mais il n'y a aucun moyen de les verrouiller (mais le crime est pratiquement inexistant Ă  Breck, donc nous ne dĂ©rangeons jamais). La porte d'entrĂ©e a Ă©galement un pĂȘne dormant.

Le balcon orienté à l'ouest est d'environ 8 pieds de profondeur et est accessible depuis la salle à manger par une porte coulissante en verre. Il a des chaises longues pour vous asseoir et profiter du lever / coucher du soleil sur les sommets des montagnes. C'est également un endroit idéal pour regarder les feux d'artifice du 4 juillet.

Thoughtful Hosts!

Very lovely home with lots of space and conveniently close to town. The hosts have thought through everything - from the pantry to the toiletries - to ensure a worry-free stay. Highly recommended and will definitely consider staying again!

Great location and excellent service.

Excellent experience start to finish. Jim was a great host. He added decorations to helps us have great Christmas with the kids. Great location for folks who want to ski and enjoy town. Quiet, but just a block or two away from all the activities in town.

A prefect stay in historic Breckenridge!

This very comfortable condo was a perfect home base for our family vacation. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Its location could not be better; we walked everywhere, from skiing to dining out. You didn't need to get into a car. The pictures do not do it justice! I highly recommend staying there!

All was just right for us.

Easy checkin (lockbox), near main street restaurants, not too far to walk to gondola, three big enough bedrooms, and parking. Would stay there again. Not the newest stuff (from couches to dishwasher) but we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Breckenridge getaway!

This property is outstanding...we travel to Breckenridge often and this is one of our favorite spots. Great location, just blocks from main street. The view from the deck and living room is unreal. Very nice and roomy condo! Owner is incredible...very courteous...great communication prior to our arrival and even shipped my daughter's beloved pillow to us when she accidentally left it behind!

This property was perfect for our family of 3 and we were able to bring our dog. We could walk everywhere and had a beautiful view of the mountain. It was clean and easy to communicate with the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great in-town location and very comfortable.

We only had 2 of us staying in the unit, but it comfortably could have accommodated a much larger group. The unit is clean and well maintained, and recent updates were apparent. We liked the location near some of our favorite dining/drinking establishments. Also, the walk to the Gondola was only 10 minutes (in ski boots and carrying gear). I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation property. Can't beat the location.

We spent 4 weeks in this condo and had an absolute blast. The location itself is unbelievable - being able to walk everywhere in downtown Breck is priceless. The view out the back deck is something you can it and enjoy while you're sipping coffee in the morning or your favorite beer in the evening. Jim was a great host, communication was easy from before we booked through the end. The property was clean, had plenty of supplies, and is well taken care of. The worst part of this rental was when we had to pack up and drive away!

One of the best properties we have rented!

We stayed over Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time. Jim was very easy to work with and shared information on the property and Breckenridge before our visit so we were well prepared. The condo is very comfortable and roomie. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you would need (we brought a roaster), even to cook a Thanksgiving feast! We brought our dog with us and the area is very dog friendly. We would definitely rent this property again when visiting Breckenridge!

Great view and location

The owner was very easy to work with in terms of making the arrangements for the condo, providing helpful directions on how to get to the condo and other helpful suggestions to make the stay more enjoyable. The condo is in a great location. You can easily walk to the gondola that will take you to Peak 7 or Peak 8. It is also an easy walk to the Main Street of Breckinridge which has many restaurants and shops. The condo has a great view of the mountains and a nice outdoor balcony that faces that view. The condo handled our family of 5 fine. Everyone enjoyed the sleeping arrangements, which is not always true when my family travels. The condo was clean and all the amenities worked just fine. I think the condo is a great option for staying in the heart of Breckenridge and we would certainly consider staying there again if we return to Breckenridge.

Awesome location

My family stayed at this condo from December 27, 2016 to January 1, 2017. We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable. The condo has everything you will need and it is centrally located. Just a short walk to the gondola that takes you to the mountain for skiing. One block from Main Street. I would recommend this condo. The owner was very helpful during our stay with recommendations and anything that we needed. We had a great time.

Fantastic rental

My family stayed at this condo in January 2015 for our ski trip. From the booking process to the last day of vacation, it was a fabulous experience! I would definitely stay again! My highlights: -short walk to the ski lift (no shuttle needed!) or Main Street for shopping -bedrooms for 2 couples plus a 3rd room with bunks (perfect for my siblings) -in our room there was a large walk in closet where we put a pack n play for our son -very family friendly! The owner provided the pack n play, high chair, and stroller

Great views, convenient, clean and homey!

We stayed here the week of New Years with our 4 daughters, ages 21, 19, 14, and 10. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was great to be so close to Main St. and to the gondola. The view of the slopes is AMAZING and from the windows we had a front row seat to the fireworks on New Years Eve! The house was well stocked with everything we might have needed when we arrived and Jim was extremely helpful with tips and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Although being on French street was certainly convenient, the one downside was trying to back-out of the parking space onto the busy road. We ended up trying to back in to the parking space as often as we could. We would definitely stay here again!

White Christmas in Breckenridge

My family (2 parents, 4 20-somethings and 1 dog) spent a wonderful week at your home. The location was very central to Mainstreet Breckenridge. We enjoyed the views of the moutains and ski runs from our balcony/porch. Easy walking to the Gondola and shopping. The unit was very comfortable, impecably clean, all amenities including cable TV, high-speed internet, washer and dryer. Defintely will be recommending to Floridian friends headed to the mountains to ski.

We had an amazing family ski trip, thank you for your hospitality. We loved your home and found it well-appointed and perfect for our family. Location is great and it was really nice to be able to walk to and from the mountain. Saves a lot of hassle. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing Place - Amazing Owners!

This place is as close to perfect as it can get! When you walk in, it's instantly comfortable yet polished - think your home with the Marriott flare. The location couldn't be better (we have 3 kids ages 1,2,4) -- close to Main Street, close to gondola, close to rental place, close to grocery store. The master bedroom has a great closet that can double for a nursery (if you bring a pack n play). The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and went way beyond the "norm" with other VRBO experiences. Their welcome kit includes suggestions you might forgot (like sunscreen and bringing an ipod) and if you have ANY questions, they are super responsive and amazingly considerate (such as letting us know the closest slopes for the bunny hills). We are planning to stay again!

Great Condo Great Location!

My family stayed here over the 4th of July and we loved the condo. There were six of us and two dogs and it was a perfect size. We never felt like we were on top of each other, the rooms were perfect size, the location of the condo to main street was just far enough you didn't get bombarded with the noise of the 4th celebrations, but close enough to walk with a 15 month old. It's been newly remodeled on the inside and what they've done with the place is amazing - the kitchen and appliances, the bathrooms and the doors - we were very impressed with it. Pictures never tell the whole story so you're always wondering whether it's going to turn out how you expect and the condo did not disappoint. This will definitely be the first place we ask about when we return to Breck. Highly recommend this condo!

A Great Vacation

My family and I stayed here for the week of new years and just couldn’t have been happier. It is a great set up for a family of four. Having sleds and a sledding hill was a nice touch and something we all enjoyed. The pictures don’t do justice to the amazing views of the Breckenridge mountain range. Having a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise became a ritual. Easy walk to the gondola (even with tired kids!). Look forward to staying with you again.
