Set back from the road, SEASHELLA offers two covered carports, two outdoor showers, a fish-cleaning table, and a private boardwalk that provides convenient dune-crossing access to the beach.
The first level is dedicated to dreams â the kind that come easily when you sleep in well-appointed comfort. One master bedroom features a king bed and a smart TV/DVD. Two additional rooms offer access to a screened-in porch: one with two bunk beds and another with a queen. Both have smart TVs/DVDs and share a full hallway bath. A second queen bedroom features a smart TV/DVD and private full bath.
The second level is superbly designed for family gatherings. Prep your fresh-catch-of-the-day in the custom-designed kitchen and enjoy it around the 10-seat dining table. Then, join in the great room to regale the day or stream a classic on the smart TV/DVD. The kitchen opens to a spacious deck and screened-in porch with sweeping ocean views and rolling ocean waves. Any time you choose, soak in the six-person hot tub and revel in the contentment of the bubbling warm water and the sea across the sand. The existing bunk room will be converted into a king master with an ensuite bath. The single bedroom will now feature two sets of bunk beds. The upstairs bathroom is being split into a full bath for the king master, and a half bath for the great room. New great room furniture.
