The second level is superbly designed for family gatherings. Prep your fresh-catch-of-the-day in the custom-designed kitchen and enjoy it around the 10-seat dining table. New for 2024: Seashella will be dog friendly in 2024! Soak up the day's memories under the night sky in the new 6-person hot tub. The existing bunk room will be converted into a king master with an ensuite bath. The single bedroom will now feature two sets of bunk beds. The upstairs bathroom is being split into a full bath for the king master, and a half bath for the great room. New great room furniture.

You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
