A newly installed six-person hot tub, located on the first level deck, is perfect for a relaxing soak; the fabulous tiki bar is ideal for mixing up your favorite beverages to toast these treasured moments. Those bringing home their fresh catch for dinner will appreciate a lighted fish cleaning station two big outdoor showers and a changing area. Begin your day on the home’s wrap-around deck welcoming the sunrise; bid it farewell as it sinks below the sound. It all comes full circle when you book CIRCLE IN THE SAND for your next vacation. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
