Space and setup in home was perfect for our large group visiting from out of town. The property is nicely maintained. Host was extremely responsive and pleasant when asked questions. Plenty of kitchen wear for our crew as well as games to entertain during the sporadic rain storms we had while we stayed there. Pool and hot tub are well maintained and were a hit for the kids and adults alike. Great peaceful location. Would definitely return.

Fun Property with easy access to beach.

The home allowed us to enjoy the beach easily and on the rainy days or days we were cooked from the sun the pool provided a nice alternative.

Booked thos for a spftball group for a tournament. Very close to two public beach accesses. Plenty of places for the girls to sleep. Staff was ver attentive if we had a need and communication was easy.

Endless entertainment and excellent communication!

We came down for an extended family week long getaway and this property checked all the boxes. From the pool to the game room to the beautiful beach in a short walking distant, it was everything you look for in a spring family vacation. There was so much space for gathering but also enough room division for individual space too. The home is in a nice area and has a grocery store and so much more within walking distance. The host communication was phenomenal in preparing us for our stay, answering questions and timely with reminders and thorough check out details. Would definitely stay again!

Good size property for our group and close proximity to the beach. However, there were a lot of broken things in and on the property and for the price per night I felt like it should’ve been better kept up with. We were given the okay to check in an hour early and when we got there the lawn crew was there throwing cigarettes on the ground when the property specifically says it’s a no smoking on the grounds property. Also our door codes didn’t work and we had to contact the property owner. The pool and the hot tub were dirty and the filters weren’t running and the drain on the pool deck was clogged and water puddled on the pool deck. A pool crew showed up midway through our stay and got the pump running and added chemicals which meant we wouldn’t use the pool for a little while.

Other items, we confirmed was verified as not being broken, like your report that the pool strainer was broken; it was not. Some of your other feedback was not communicated at all during your stay, so we were unable to support you to the best of our ability during your stay. We do value guest feedback as it helps us prioritize maintenance concerns in order to provide our guests with the best experience possible. Arrived to the house and everything seemed to be clean and put together. Went to have my son lay down for bed in one of the rooms and there were adult bed bugs on the bed. The owner provided a very small accommodation and had cleaning people come to spray the room and we were unable to use the entirety of the trip. There is also no indication of it being next to a day care, so be prepared to have children yelling starting at 6am. Cleaning lady came at 9:30 when check out was at 10. Communication with owner was good but over it was a disappointment to say the least.

That said, we always take guest concerns seriously and make sure to address things the best of our capabilities. Regarding the bed bugs, this is a serious situation and something we tackle with expediency. After receiving the report, we did offer you the option to CANCEL your stay with a full refund so that you may find new accommodations. You quickly declined and gave the impression that you didn’t need the room and was completely fine staying at the home with that single room quarantined. Next, we have always been transparent in our listing stating in the "COMMUNITY" section that the home is located in a residential neighborhood, next to an operating home preschool. And lastly, we fully understand your concern regarding the cleaner's arrival which you found unexpected. Our cleaners are professionals and should have arrived on time and not earlier. With this concern, we will work with them to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. Regardless of these circumstances, we hope you enjoyed your time in PCB with your family and we wish you the best of luck.

The host was great but the property is very dated. The photos made it look better than it was. It was clean but the back yard was full of leaves and all the furniture was very old. For the price we expected it to be closer to the photos that are listed. It’s a great location and we had a wonderful time just not as pictured.

Great house for big groups

Tons of sleeping options, great game room at the back side of the house so we didn’t have to hear the kids be kids, awesome kitchen and living room. The attached (but separate) “apartment” was great for the grandparents that came with us because they could remove themselves from the “mayhem” of all of the kid anytime they wanted. The pool, spa, and back patio space were also perfect for what we were looking for. Any time I had a question about the house I would text the owner and they were extremely responsive. Responsive to the point where I thought they were waiting by their phone for my text to come through. If you have your choice narrowed down to two houses, and this is one of them, pick this house…you won’t be disappointed.
