Notre CLIMATISE seule histoire familiale ouverte et aérée maison de plage propose une connexion Internet Wi-Fi, 40 'TV à écran plat LCD de l'écran, le pont composite extérieure et un porche d'écran moquette avec un verre ensemble de patio ainsi que la moquette berbère dans toute la maison. Pour commodités supplémentaires de notre maison de plage offre une grille de gaz naturel, laveuse / sécheuse et vinyle chaude froide douche / extérieur. Un cadre calme au bout d'une allée de 100 'de l'asphalte avec un parking pour 4 véhicules, la cour offre beaucoup d'espace de pelouse pour les enfants à jouer. Une courte promenade à Mayflower & Bayview Plages Bayside avec leurs piscines de marée sécurité enfant à marée basse et magnifiques couchers de soleil rend ces plages trésors cachés. Situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied au restaurant de Chapin coin de la rue et 3 minutes supplémentaires à Gina par le restaurant de la mer où vous pourrez déguster une cuisine familiale occasionnel ou la gastronomie. Il est un handicap de rampe d'accès côté gauche pour Slider. NOTE: La salle de bain principale est non accessible aux personnes handicapées.

A little slice of Heaven

A very clean, comfortable and welcoming beach house just a few steps away from beautiful Mayflower Beach. It's a home away from home. Perfect for families with kids (no need to load up the car to head to the beach!). Don't miss the picture perfect sunsets. Plenty of activites close by. The wait in line is worth it for breakfast at Grumpy's. We've been renting from these same owners for the past 4 years. We can't wait to return in August, 2011!!

Wonderful Gem!

I am very reluctant to write this review. This house is like a fine restaurant that you want to keep to yourself! We have rented this house for the past 2 years. The pictures on the site don't do it justice. This is a well-kept, clean, beautiful home. It has everything you could ask for and more. The location is perfect. You will be at the beach in 2 minutes. It's nice to be able to take a break and walk "home" for lunch. My children aren't young anymore, youngest is 18, and they enjoy the house as well. (Although the WIFI and cable TV are a plus!) The house has an open-air feel throughout. The screened in porch is a delight to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a fine wine in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. The central AC is an added bonus during the "dog days of summer!" It's a short walk to Chapins and Ginas - both excellent. This house is well worth it! The Cawleys

Great place

The house is a great little hide a way that is easily missed. That helps with privacy! The walk to the beach is so easy and so close you can spend the day go home for a shower and be back for the incredible sunset.

Best Place we have stayed

Kevin takes pride in his home.Very clean and comfortable.A peaceful week with plenty of sunshine and relaxation.Chapins is a nice place to eat and best of all you can walk there.This was a great find many years ago. We will continue our stay until we get our house on the cape.Thank you for a great time.I would recommend this home to our friends and family.My husband and I walked everyday to the beach it was so enjoyable.See you next year. Perfect weekend getaway!

This house is in the perfect location, away from all of the noise and right next to one of the best beaches in the Cape. We had an amazing time at this house. It is clean and well kept and the owners were more than helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to vacation!

We strive to keep each and every seasonal tenant more than satisfied by thinking of the "little things" . . . this year it is the white vinyl outside shower stall. It is easy for us to be helpful since our summer home is a mere 40 second drive from the beach house. Great Find!

We had amazing time! The house is perfectly situated and is truly a 2 minutes walk to the beach. It's well maintained and was prefect for our vacation. The screened porch, outdoor shower, gas grill and great galley kitchen were some of the highlights. We didn't need the AC, but was glad it was there, if needed. The beach itself was beautiful, great for kids and adults alike. We didn't have the best weather the entire week, but found plenty of things to do. We couldn't have had a better time! Home Away from Home

It is very clear that the owner, Kevin, cares a great deal about the upkeep of the cottage and that his guests are able to contact him if anything is needed. He encourages feedback in order for him to make it a wonderful vacation for all. The picture is definitely deceiving as to the size and would suggest that anyone viewing the property for the first time click on all of the pictures. It was not only surprisingly roomy but also immaculate. We've been vacationing for over 40 years on the Cape and prefer this area because it's quieter, yet close enough to the shops on Route 28. The cottage is a very short walk to the beach, which makes it nice to be able to run back for lunch. The sunsets are breathtaking and the little "pools" during low tide make it fun for the kids to play in. After staying in different cottages in the area, this is "the one" and we will continue to stay each year as long as we are able.

We appreciate such a wonderful review. We are the house cleaners and treat our beach house like our own home. We summer right up the street (30 seconds away) and can solve any issue immediately once aware. It's enjoyable to come off the beach either for lunch or at the end of a fun beach day to a quiet atmosphere either on the deck, the screened porch or the open airy family room. Great vacation home

We have rented this home several times now and really enjoy being so close to Mayflower Beach. The house is very clean and comfortable. There is a deck, screened porch, outdoor shower, large nice gas grill, and nice yard. Inside there is a new flat screen TV, Wifi access, large dining table, galley kitchen and three bedrooms, large bath and smaller half bath off the master. There is also a washer and dryer. We walk to Mayflower Beach and Chapin's restaurant. We enjoy the early season in May and late season in September as it is less crowded in the Cape. Kevin has been very responsive to us as renters and that is why we come back year after year.

Our property sits inside a private natural setting surrounded by native bushes so it is quiet . . . save for the birds chirping in the morning. We are told the beds are comfortable. The rear carpeted screen porch is the difference maker . . . airy yet bug-free to allow your family to eat outside in a relaxing atmosphere. The VINYl outside shower is 3 steps from this porch and is PRIVATE. The deck with its NATURAL GAS grill never runs out and has a 2nd patio set. The shed safely harbors the trash barrels so there are NO frustrations with rodents. It also provides extra storage space for your personal items. The lawn is maintained weekly for your family to enjoy. We feel that these 'little things' make a 'big difference' in providing you with an affordable & accommodating vacation experience.
