Our family had a terrific time at this house. We we’re entertained by the many dolphins and manatees that swam right past us all day and night!

Cute spot on the water

We had fun renting a pontoon boat at the nearby marina and docking it right at the house. The home is cute and clean!

Wonderful getaway

We loved this place. Perfect size for small group. Great location on channel. We were able to sit and watch dolphins, catch catfish from the dock, and kayak. Owner Nate responds in seconds! Would love to come again.

Fabulous views

We loved the place, right on the inlet. Some mornings the dolphins were jumping right in front of us. Always there were birds diving into the bay. Everything in the house was very new & comfortable. Nate was always quick to respond to our queries. We would highly recommend this place.

Nice, clean house in a quiet residential neighborhood

This is a really nice place on the Isle of Capri. I particularly liked the fact that it's situated on the canal, which means that you can launch your SUP board or kayak right off the dock (if you do it early enough in the morning, you will be paddling right next to dolphins and manatees). Marco Island's restaurants and grocery stores are 10-15 minutes away, and so is the beach (by car). Nate, the property's host, was terrific--courteous and responsive throughout the entire process from booking to departure. Really enjoyed it!

Quant home right on a canal. Cute decor. The home had everything we needed from soap to beach towels and beach chairs. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and marina. You could see dolphins at times from the Bach yard. Nate was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place would stay there again!!

Paradise on the water

This property is in a great location, great for all including boaters and anglers (deep water canal). Public boat ramp not far from rental and boat dock at rental available to use as well. Rose Marina is just a short boat ride across the river, amazing place and people. Restaurant and shops conveniently accessible by boat, Snook Inn, Pelican Bend and Island Gypsy are all highly recommended restaurants to visit. We really enjoy our stay at this beautiful, clean house. Nate was very accommodating and helpful. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Exactly what we were looking for - Kayaking

Our stay at the Seaside Boathouse on the Isles of Capri was very relaxing and exactly what we were looking for (kayaking), very much enjoyed it ! Quiet neighborhood and the house provided all the features as listed. All furniture is new (after hurricane Ian). Overall nice and clean, however, little details like dirty microwave and chips/crumbs on the sofa leave room for improvement. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental ! Property manager Nate is very responsive, pleasant person to deal with. Thank you.

Inviting, welcoming, clean and comfortable

You can trust booking this charming seaside beach house. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds and sofas. Cute decor. Nice dishes and coffee mugs. Plenty of bedding, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, beach towels, beach chairs, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and creamer provided. Playful dolphins, songbirds, view of the southern sun. Plenty of neighborhoods to walk and delicious restaurants (make reservations during high season). There is a private dock available to guests. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat to explore and fish the mangroves, sunbathe or search for shells on Coconut beach, or make a stop at The Little Bar in Goodland. This sweet and simple place is a rare gem in our eyes.

Mini vacation

We LOVE Marco Island and usually stay there but end up going to the Isle of Capri everyday for a meal so this time we decided to rent a home there and we're so glad we did. The location is perfect. The patio view is perfect. The beds are super comfortable and the place is decorated simply perfect. We took a walk around the island every morning, met all of the neighbors who are super friendly and we walked to all of meals. The drive to the beach at Marco is only 10-15 minutes so we had wonderful beach days as well. It was great having beach chairs, towels and everything we needed right at the rental which made it totally stress free spending a day on the beach. I would recommend taking the Marco Island shelling tour. We brought home a large bucket of rare and exotic shells on the airplane. When you fill a glass jar or glass lamp full of these shells, wonderful memories come back every time you look at it. You will not be disappointed staying with Nate. He is an awesome host and will make sure you have everything you need and your stay is perfect!!!

Fun Labor day weekend

The property is comfortable and very well located, at just 3 blocks from Capri Fish House Restaurant and a short drive from Marco Island. It is very well equipped, it has everything you could need. Nice view and a very quiet neighborhood. We tied up our Jetski at the dock for our entire stay. Was nice to see the two Dolphins in the mornings and at sunset. Also good communication with the host. We recommend this property to everyone and will definitely return.

Great place to unwind!

The property was very nice. We loved sitting on the dock or in the screened patio to watch for dolphins and other wild life. While we had lots of activities planned, the weather took a turn (tropical storm) had us grilling and watching it rain for two days. Glad to have been at a property that was spacious enough for us to enjoy our time together and also spend time in our own space. Hope to be back to enjoy the activities we had to cancel.

Relaxing Long Weekend

Lovely duplex with a fanastic view that included the open water and mangroves as well as the canal. Pair of dolphins were there each morning and evening. Last day we even saw a manatee's tail as he dove right near the dock. Unit was super clean and calming. Beds very comfortable. Neighbors were both friendly and quiet. Host responded immediately to questions and made us feel very welcome. We hope to stay there again soon. Thanks Nate!

It is a fisherman’s paradise

The host was very accommodating in allowing my son to tie up his boat at the dock. The location of the property allows easy access to the outlet to the Gulf. We found the unit to be very clean and comfortable in a very nice area. I would book here again.

Sweet Getaway

Adorable duplex, we rented the 2 bedroom side. It was recently beautifully renovated, soothing and spotless accommodations. Our hosts had us completely prepared for a relaxing stay; would highly recommend this rental. We had dolphin sightings daily!

This property was very accurate to the photos online. The host was extremely helpful and communication was easy. As for the location it was perfect. Dock for swimming, as well as kayaks and we were even blessed by a family of dolphins that visited daily. Overall would definitely return and would recommend this place to anyone.

Isles of Capri Gem

Nate has a very nice duplex on one of the many neighborhood canals of Isles of Capris. It is clean, well air conditioned , and just next door to Marco Island. The neighborhoods are beautiful, walkable and cycle friendly. The several small restaurants , grills/ bars are amazing with the fresh fish offerings and live entertainment. In the canal you can see dolphin and both fishing boats and pleasure craft heading for a day’s adventure. Nate was an excellent host and quick to answer our questions. We had a great stay.
