Condo confortable et douillet de 2 chambres

So glad you had a great time! Please stay again!

Lisa, we are so happy to have you rent with us! Look forward to having you stay with us again in the near future!

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to ensure all our guests have a positive experience, so we are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to address some of the points you raised during our phone call upon arriving that contributed to this negative review. Firstly, it appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the pool and the nature of our property. Our listing clearly states that the pool is a shared amenity and that our condo is part of a multi-unit building. We do not advertise having a private pool or an isolated property, and we encourage all potential guests to review these details before booking. Secondly, your comments about the cleanliness of the condo are particularly concerning to us. We take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, as reflected in our consistent 5-star ratings from previous guests. We have a dedicated cleaning team that ensures the condo is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each new guest. We attempted multiple times to reach out to you during your stay. We never received a response directly from you or through VRBO, so we were unable to resolve any of your concerns during your stay. We reached out to VRBO after your 1 star rating and were told you offered to take down your review for financial compensation. We are committed to providing accurate information and maintaining the highest standards for our property. If there were any specific issues during your stay, we wish you had brought them to our attention so we could have addressed them promptly.
